使用通訊軟體對組織溝通效能、科技壓力、工作壓力及工作滿意度之影響-以某國軍單位為例

摘要


隨著資訊科技的快速發展,智慧型手機、平版電腦的使用已相當普及,網際網路的傳輸更是無遠弗屆,國軍為了跟上資訊化的腳步,全面開放智慧型手機的使用。然而即時通訊軟體的興起,不只縮短了人與人之前的溝通距離,更簡化了溝通的方式,成為現代社會重要溝通媒介之一,由於不受時間及空間限制便利性,也使的國軍弟兄工作與生活界限變的模糊,全時待命、事事回報亦形成了一種無所不在的科技壓力。本研究探討在使用即時通訊軟體進行溝通的環境下,探討科技壓力、組織溝通效能、工作滿意度與工作壓力間之影響。透過問卷調查方式,共回收203份有效問卷。 研究結果發現: 一、使用通訊軟體進行公務溝通的時間在「科技壓力」、「科技超載」上存在顯著差異。二、可否使用通訊軟體的辦公環境在各研究變項上不存在顯著差異。三、「組織溝通效能」正向影響「科技壓力」。四、「組織溝通效能」以「科技壓力」為中介效果對「工作壓力」呈正向影響。五、「科技壓力」以「工作壓力」為中介效果對「工作滿意度」呈負向影響。六、「科技壓力」正向影響「工作壓力」。七、「工作壓力」負向影響「工作滿意度」。

With the rapid development of information technology, the use of smartphones and flat-panel computers has become quite popular, and the transmission of the Internet has become even more infinite. In order to keep up with the pace of information technology, the national army has fully opened up the use of smartphones. However, the rise of instant messaging software has not only shortened the communication distance between people, but also simplified the way of communication, making it one of the most important communication media in modern society. In this study, we investigated the effects of technostress, organizational communication effectiveness, job satisfaction, and job stress in an environment where instant messaging software is used for communication. A total of 203 valid questionnaires were collected through a questionnaire survey. The results show: (1) The time spent using communication software for official communication have a significant impact on technostress and techno-overload. (2) There was no significant impact of the office environment capable of using communication software on the study variables. (3) Organization communication efficiency positively effect technostress. (4) The effect of organization communication efficiency mediated by technostress has a positive effect on work stress. (5) Technostress has a negative effect on job satisfaction mediated by work stress. (6) Technostress positively affects work stress. (7) Work stress negatively affects job satisfaction.
