中高齡素食者與非素食者功能性體適能之探討

摘要


研究目的:探討中高齡素食者與非素食者功能性體適能之現況與差異。研究方法:以功能性體適能檢測中高齡素食者與非素食者的身體適能,總人數為64人,回收資料以SPSS18.0 for Windows 進行獨立樣本t檢定與單因子變異數之統計分析。研究結果:1中高齡素食者在椅子坐立與肱二頭手臂彎舉檢測成績,男性平均半數以上的表現都不錯;而女性的部分表現略差。在椅子坐姿體前彎檢測成績,男性表現不錯,女性表現略差。在原地抬膝檢測成績,男性表現尚可,女性有半數以上不理想。在開眼單足立檢測成績,男性與女性整體表現都不錯。抓背檢測成績,男性在上肢柔軟度不好,女性整體表現還不錯。椅子繞物檢測成績,男女性在動態平衡和敏捷性表現都不錯。握力檢測成績,男性整體表現不錯,女性表現有待加強。2.不同飲食方式、外食次數、食用加工食品次數、健康狀況、慢性疾病、藥物控制對中高齡素食者功能性體適能均無顯著影響。3.中高齡素食者下肢肌力、動態平衡、靜態平衡與心肺耐力優於非素食者。研究結論:中高齡非素食者之功能性體適能優於非素食者,建議在茹素的女性在上肢肌力部分需加強,而男性部分是柔軟度。

Prupose: To explore the current status and differences of functional fitness between middle-aged and elderly vegetarians and non-vegetarians. The functional fitness tests were masured. 64 people participated in this study. Data was analyzed with independent t test and one-way ANOVA from spss18.0. Result:1. Middle-aged and elderly vegetarians performed well in the test results of sit-to-stand, arm-curle, and forward-bending. The performance of the female is slightly worse. The test results of knee-up showed that the performance of men was fair, and more than half of women were not good. The performance of both males and females in the single leg stand test was good. The back-scratch test showed that men performed poorly, and women performed well. The results of up-to-go test are good for both men and women. The results of grip test, the performance of men is good, and women needs to be increased. 2. Different dietary styles, the frequency of eating out, the frequency of eating processed foods, health status, chronic diseases, and drug control have no significant effect on the functional fitness of middle-aged and elderly vegetarians. 3. The muscle strength, dynamic balance, static balance and cardiorespiratory endurance of the lower body of iii the middle-aged vegetarians are better than those of the non-vegetarians. Conclusion: The functional physical fitness of middle-aged and elderly non-vegetarians is better than that of non-vegetarians. It is recommended that the upper body strength of vegetarian women needs to be increased, and the flexibility of the male part is.
