運用高斯曲線分析於臨床護理人員工作壓力源之研究

摘要


護理是一個充滿挑戰且高度專業的工作,而台灣的護理人員正面臨著環境的不友善、工作超時、環境的危險曝露等等,護理人員不應低估複雜而令人沮喪的工作環境所帶來的壓力,尤其是護理人員在醫院扮演了很重要的角色,因此本研究探討臨床護理人員工作壓力來源,探究其原因期望研究結果能給予醫療機構一個參考依據並使臨床護理壓力獲得改善,促使疾病照護品質提升、異常率下降及降低離職率。 本研究採用高斯曲線分析,彙整分析護理人員壓力來源的原因調查,利用高斯曲線分析的特性將屬性排序重要性區隔及人數因素考慮進去,使得辨識度高且不會有一人決定超過其他人決定的極端現象。依照上述結果分析,造成護理人員壓力來源的主要因素為專業工作壓力、工作負荷壓力、人際關係的壓力、專業成長及職場角色壓力等五項,本研究提出了臨床工作透過簡化流程、改變排班制度及提供舒壓課程等方式作為改善護理人員壓力來源等建議。

Nursing is a challenging and highly professional job. However, the nurse in Taiwan is facing an unfriendly environment, workin overtime, exposed to hazardous environment, etc. The nurse should not underestimate how complicated and frustrating work environment could bring them under pressure. Not to mention nurses play a critical role in hospitals. The study mainly focuses on the working source of stress toward clinical nurses. It is hoped that the results could well assist medical institutions by providing references to improve decreasing clinical nursing stress and increase the quality of caring with the descendant of the abnormality rate and the turnover rate. Gaussian curve analysis was used in this study to aggregate and analyze the source cause of stress to nurse. The characteristics of Gaussian curve analysis were used to take into account the importance of similar attribute ranking and the factor of the number of people so that the degree of recognition is higher with less extreme phenomena of a person’s decision weigh more than others. According to the analysis above, the main factors that cause pressure to nurse includes the stress of professional work, workload, interpersonal relationship, professional improvement, and the role in the workplace. The study result proposed that the clinical work should be simplified, starting by predigest working process, alter the shift-based system, and provide stress relief courses, etc. All above is to suggest to improve the stress source of nurses.
