新冠肺炎疫情下國中赴休閒農場戶外教育影響因素之研究-以屏東縣為例

Study on the Influencing Factors of COVID-19 for Junior High Schools Implementing Outdoor Education in Recreational Farms - Case of Pingtung County

摘要


在新冠肺炎疫情時期,休閒農場完善防疫工作,以提供參與戶外教育之師生安心的學習場域,不但能發揮休閒農業的經營效益,同時也達成戶外教育發展目標。本研究先以模糊德菲法(Delphi Technique)建立構面與準則,繼以學校教師實證調查分析問卷進行分析。所得結果提供休閒農場評估將防疫工作納入經營管理之可行性,並能提供農政單位輔導休閒農場防疫政策及國中辦理戶外教育場域選擇之參考。 本研究結果顯示: 一、新冠肺炎疫情對國中教師辦理赴休閒農場戶外教育的影響甚鉅,教育單位在辦理師生戶外教育時,所有活動規劃均需以防疫為前提。 二、國中教師於新冠肺炎疫情時期辦理赴休閒農場戶外教育,對農場防疫措施的需求極高。休閒農場落實嚴格防疫措施以提供安全與便捷的活動環境及創新體驗。 三、休閒農場各項防疫措施與國中教師辦理戶外教育考量因素有顯著正相關,農場內各項防疫措施也將是學習的重要一環。 四、對戶外教育影響程度由大到小:新冠肺炎疫情最劇,其次為休閒農場防疫,再來是戶外教育議題,最末為學校行政考量。等級相關係數值較高以及在問卷中得分較高均為與農場防疫作為相關的子面向。 五、建議休閒農場審視防疫措施、進行資源重整及設計創新體驗。國中教師應強化自身戶外教育的素養。政府主管機關可將防疫措施與應變能力列為農場評鑑重點。

During the period of Covid-19 epidemic, leisure farms have improved their epidemic prevention work to provide teachers and students participating in outdoor education with a safe learning field, which can not only bring out the operating benefits of leisure agriculture, but also achieve the development goals of outdoor education. This research first uses the Delphi Technique to establish the dimensions and guidelines, and then analyzes the data based on the empirical questionnaire survey from school teachers. The results obtained can help leisure farms to assess the feasibility of incorporating epidemic prevention work into operation and management. Also, they can provide references for agricultural authorities concerned to assist leisure farms in setting up epidemic prevention strategies and for those junior high schools to choose sites for outdoor education. The results of this study are as follows: 1) Covid-19 epidemic has a huge impact on teachers from junior high schools to execute outdoor education on leisure farms. When outdoor education is proceeded for teachers and students, all activities planned must be based on epidemic prevention. 2) When teachers from junior high schools plan to go to leisure farms for outdoor education during the period of Covid-19 epidemic, their demand for epidemic prevention measures is extremely high. Leisure farms implement strict epidemic prevention measures to provide a safe and convenient environment for activities and innovative experience. 3) There is a significant positive correlation between the various epidemic prevention measures of leisure farms and the consideration factors of outdoor education by teachers from junior high schools. All types of epidemic prevention measures on the farm will also be an important part of learning. 4) The degree of impact from high to low on outdoor education is as follows: Covid-19 epidemic, epidemic prevention from leisure farms, issues for outdoor education, and school administrative considerations. Sub-facets related to epidemic prevention on the farm get the higher value of the correlation coefficient and the higher score from the questionnaire. 5) It is recommended that leisure farms review epidemic prevention measures, reorganize resources, and design innovative experience activities. Teachers from junior high schools should strengthen their own literacy for outdoor education. Moreover, epidemic prevention measures and responsive capabilities can be included in the items of assessment and evaluation by the authorities concerned.
