摘要


在世界人口增加及糧食生產不足的情況下,造成經濟動物的飼養成本增加,科學家為了達到有效利用資源飼養黑水虻幫忙處理有機廢棄物。近幾年飼養黑水虻的相關研究很多,因為黑水虻具有對人體無害、快速處理有機廢棄物、飼養環境友善、生長週期快、飼料有效轉換成蛋白質及酯質…等多項優勢能夠達到目的。但有機廢棄物中可能含有多種有害物質,例如:重金屬、黴菌毒素、農藥等會影響人類健康,目前研究有害物質殘留在黑水虻幼蟲體中的論述僅單方面且不盡相同,也缺乏全面客觀的系統性分析。 本篇研究就是將近10年的相關研究整理,進行整合分析(Meta – Analysis),得到結果是黴菌毒素中的嘔吐毒素(DON)、赭麴毒素(OTA)、玉米赤黴烯酮(ZON)不管多少濃度或人為添加與否都不會殘留在蟲體,而重金屬中的鋅(Zn)、鎘(Cd)、汞(Hg)、錳(Mn)則出現殘留現象,其中鋅(Zn)的殘留情形會因為人為添加重金屬與否有不同的結果。因為目前相關研究大部分注重在黑水虻存活率、生長週期、孵化率、蟲體增長、畜牧養殖業應用成效…等其他部分,但是還有多種有害物質有可能會殘留在幼蟲,錯誤使用會進一步對人體健康產生危害,所以需要更多黑水虻的安全性研究數據進行整合分析。

However, organic waste may contain a variety of harmful substances, such as: , mycotoxins, pesticides, etc. will affect . At present, the discussion on the study of harmful substances remaining in the larval body of black water fly is only one-sided and controversial, and lacks comprehensive objective and systematic analysis. This research is the compilation of related studies in the past 10 years, and a () is carried out. The results are that the Deoxynivalenol (DON), ochratoxin (OTA), and zearalenone (ZON) in mycotoxins No matter what concentration or artificial addition, it will not remain in the worm body, and zinc (Zn), cadmium (Cd), mercury (Hg), manganese (Mn) in will appear residual phenomenon, and the residual situation of zinc (Zn) will be because of The artificial addition of has different results. Because most of the current research focuses on the survival rate, growth cycle, hatching rate, insect growth, animal husbandry application effectiveness of the black water fly, etc., but there are many harmful substances that may remain in the larvae. Further harm to , so more safety data of black water flies are needed for comprehensive analysis.
