台糖公司畜殖場經營策略之個案分析

摘要


台糖公司在西元1953年發展以企業化養豬之經營模式,帶領台灣成為亞洲養豬王國。現在的近況,國內肉品市場早已呈現飽和狀態,環保意識逐漸抬頭,以及全球大宗穀物之原物料物價一直呈現上漲的趨勢。因此,在生產成本和環保成本的衝擊之下,經營養豬事業這塊相對來說是具有挑戰性。本研究針對台糖公司養豬企業未來的經營個案之研究,探討台糖公司養豬事業經營可行性之策略。 本研究以SWOT分析方式、五力分析、總體環境、產業結構及內部環境等因素,透過此方式確定內、外部環境影響變數;利用質性研究方式作為問卷設計之依據。再以SWOT矩陣策略配對模式,找出台糖公司畜殖事業部畜殖場之優勢、劣勢、機會與威脅,擬定台糖公司養豬事業經營之策略。 本研究結論提出台糖公司畜產品競爭策略有:海外投資策略、差異性策略及成本控制策略並對這三大策略提出建言執行提案,以提供台糖公司養豬事業單位之參考。 因市場變化之故,台糖公司身為國營企業應積極注重於種豬品種及生物技術研發,以提高產仔頭數、豬隻育成率以及生產優質生鮮豬肉;再者提供產品多樣性,透過行銷通路及加強網路媒體傳播提升市場佔有率,以致達到永續經營之目的。

In 1953, Taiwan Sugar Corporation developed a business model of corporate pig raising, leading Taiwan to become the pig kingdom in Asia. In the current situation, the domestic meat market has long been saturated, environmental awareness has gradually risen, and the global bulk grain prices have been showing an upward trend, which is relatively challenging in the business of nutritional pigs. This research is aimed at the future business case study of Taiwan Sugar Company's pig raising business, and explores the strategy of the feasibility of the operation of Taiwan Sugar Company's pig raising business. This study uses SWOT analysis to determine the internal and external environmental impact variables based on factors such as the overall environment, industrial structure, and internal environment, as the basis for questionnaire design, and conducts a questionnaire survey on the staff of Taiwan Sugar Company's pig breeding business. Then use the SWOT matrix strategy matching mode to find out the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the livestock farms of the livestock business department of Taiwan Sugar Corporation, and formulate the management strategy of Taiwan Sugar Company's pig raising business. The conclusions of this study put forward that the livestock product competition strategies of Taiwan Sugar Company include: overseas investment strategy, differentiation strategy and cost control strategy, and put forward suggestions and implementation proposals for these three strategies, so as to provide reference for Taiwan Sugar Company's pig business unit. Due to market changes, Taiwan Sugar Corporation, as a state-owned enterprise, should actively focus on the research and development of breeding pig breeds and technologies to increase the breeding rate of pigs and produce high-quality fresh pork; in addition, to provide product diversity, through marketing channels and to strengthen Internet media dissemination Increase market share, so as to achieve the purpose of sustainable operation.
