科大路透水道路鋪面設計

摘要


透水道路鋪面設計中鋪面整體斷面配置由下而上分別為路基、過濾層、底層和面層,所應考慮的設計因子,主要有路基土壤之設計CBR值、交通量、透水率與降雨強度等。本研究透過研究試驗基地內相關調查資料,進行一組全透水道路鋪面與二組半透水道路鋪面先期設計與評估。先期評估資料於300公尺長之先期試驗區蒐集平坦度、英式擺錘、路面撓度、透水率及車轍等資料,經序位法比較分析後,選定以全透水道路鋪面為較佳之透水型式。 科大路透水道路鋪面設計係依上述選定之透水型式與設計路段之交通軸重、鋪面結構計算(AASHTO 1993)及路面材料分析等完成;設計完成施工後,為探討厚度設計成效,研究中以動態試驗,蒐集鋪面中各分層垂直應變與垂直應力作為以迴歸方法分析應變和應力與路面深度關係之依據;由分析結果顯示,透水道路鋪面在未考慮長期反覆荷重、疲勞效應、道路生命週期及人為施工因素的條件下,其推薦設計深度為30公分。 關鍵詞:全透水道路鋪面、半透水道路鋪面、分層垂直應變、分層垂直應力、設計深度

In the design of permeable road pavement, the overall cross-section configuration of the pavement could be classified as the roadbed, filter course, base course, and surface course from bottom to top. The design factors that should be considered mainly include the design CBR of the roadbed soil, traffic volume, water permeability and rainfall intensity. In this study, by collecting and analyzing the relevant data in the test area, the preliminary design and evaluation of one fully permeable road pavement and two semi-permeable road pavements were carried out, and the basis for the design of the permeable pavement of Ke-Da Road will be chosen in this process. The preliminary evaluation data was collected from 300 meters testing area for flatness, British pendulum, pavement deflection, water permeability, and rutting. After comparative analysis by the sequence method, the fully permeable road pavement was selected as the better permeable type for future design and construction. The permeable road pavement design of Ke-Da Road is accomplished based on the traffic axle load of the designed road section, the calculation of the pavement structure (AASHTO 1993), and the analysis of the pavement material. After the design and the construction are both completed, in order to study the effect of the thickness design, the dynamic test is used in the research to collect the characteristics of the pavement. The vertical strain and vertical stress of different layers are collected and used as the basis for regression analysis to study the relationship between strain and stress and pavement depth; the results show that the recommended design depth is 30 cm for the permeable road pavement while long-term repeated loads, fatigue effects and road life cycle are not under consideration.
