由於地下水資源的過量開採,建築物和不透水材料鋪裝形成的封閉型地面阻斷了地下水補給路徑, 地下水得不到有效的補充,致使地下水資源日漸衰竭、水質惡化、引發地面沉降、塌陷等地質災害,沿海地區還會導致海水倒灌。透水混凝土能使雨水迅速滲入地下,補充地下水,保持土壤濕度,維護地下水和土壤的生態平衡,改善城市生態條件;又能避免因過度開採地下水而引起的地陷和房屋地基下沉等工程地質災害。 本研究針對國內公路路面狀況需求,擬定透水混凝土設計與檢、試驗計畫,再就透水混凝土路面現場施工流程,進行品質管制作業研究評估;著重於施工前、中、後之檢試驗,及擬定施工技術規範及品質管制檢查表,企能對於營建工程事業需求有所幫助,提升營建施工品質管理及生態永續發展。

This research is directed to the road demand of domestic highway. Setup the design, examining and testing plan completely for Pervious concrete, and then evaluate the construction flow of concrete road, and quality in charge of the manufacturing study; Focusing on the test before and after construction, and drafted technical specification of construction and quality controlled checklist. Hopefully the enterprise could be helpful for building industrial. Improve the quality control of construction, and ecology to develop continuously forever.
