桌球三段技術分析-以水谷隼及伊藤美誠混合雙打為例

目的：探討水谷隼與伊藤美誠選手混合雙打之比賽三段技術分析。方法：透過觀看水谷準與伊藤美誠在2020世界奧運混合雙打賽事八強賽，以這三場比賽做為紀錄，並將三場比賽中的三段技術進行統計分析出使用率及得分率，由兩位學員同時觀看比賽並紀錄水谷準與伊藤美誠在比賽中的三段技術進行統計分析，做為日後技戰術提升及研究的基礎。結果：發球搶攻段的使用率結果為及格，發球搶攻段的得分率結果為不及格；接發球搶攻段的使用率結果為及格，接發球搶攻段的得分率結果為良好；相持段的使用率結果為不及格，相持段的得分率結果為及格。結論：水谷準是左手持拍所以在發球上占有極大優勢，可以有效製造伊藤美誠下一板的搶攻，所以可能是在發球搶攻使用率為及格的原因，而在接發球搶攻段的得分率為良好，可能是因為伊藤美誠在接發球上以反手為主，而伊藤美誠的反手是中顆粒，所以與平面膠皮接回去的旋轉相當不同，所以可能是在得分率為良好的原因。建議：水谷準與伊藤美誠兩位選手，可以藉由多球訓練彌補自身的劣勢，進而提升自身的優勢進而更加突破，還可以透過多球單練的方式彌補發球搶攻的缺失，像是多一點線路的變化也可提升搶攻的質量、速度、旋轉，多球單練也能提升接發球上的優勢，在這比賽的接發球搶攻表現非常優異，但可以再更突破，進而造成對手更大的威脅。關鍵詞：桌球技術、運動表現、技戰術分析

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to assess the three stage skills of Japanese table tennis mix doubles Jun Mizutani and Mima Ito. Method:The three crucial matches of Jun Mizutani and Mima Ito from the quarterfinals to the finals of the 2020 World Olympics Table Tennis Mixed Doubles Event were taken into analysis as the source of this research. The usage rate and scoring odds were obtained manually by our group members to evaluate the three-stage skill. These data were collected as the basis for technical and tactical improvement in the future. Results: The utilizing rate during the attack after serve phase passed, but the scoring rate had failed. The utilizing rate during the offense on service-receiving phase passed and the scoring rate was good. In the rally phase, the utilizing rate failed while the scoring rate passed. Conclusion: As a lefthanded player, Mizutani’s advantage on serving led to Ito Mima's opportunity on attack after serve. This was the reason why the utilizing rate during the attack after serve phase had passed. Furthermore, Ito Mima’s backhand pimple, which created unique spin, had an advantage on the serve-receiving phase. This was the main reason why the scoring rate was good. Suggestion: Jun Mizutani and Mima Ito can use multi-ball training to improve their disadvantages. They can also improve the serve and attack phase through multi-ball single training to produce variety on the attack angles. The improvement on quality, speed, and spin of the attack can also be achieved. Multi-ball single training can also target the receiving end which further develop the advantage. The performance of receiving and attacking in this game was excellent in these matches. After further sharpening through training, it will become a greater threat to the opponents.
