雲端儲存系統轉換意圖之關聯性探討-整合資訊系統成功模式與創新擴散理論之觀點

摘要

近年來智慧型裝置已普及於使用者的生活中，透過平板電腦、智慧型手機，輕輕撥動螢幕即能迅速將檔案上傳至雲端空間，具備了即時性與便利性，因此擁有一個完善的儲存工具，來滿足使用者需求，將是未來潮流。
本研究欲探討在新-舊儲存方式兩者具替代性的前提下，使用者從舊儲存方式轉換至新儲存方式的科技轉換現象。故以Fishbein and Ajzen (1980)所提出的理性行為理論作為主要理論基礎，針對使用者對於從隨身碟轉換到雲端儲存系統轉換意圖的影響因素進行關聯性探討，並整合資訊系統成功模式與創新擴散理論，加入科技焦慮與便利性作為干擾變數，來探討對使用者轉換態度與轉換意圖的影響程度。在抽樣方面，本研究以國內雲端儲存系統使用者為研究對象，透過便利抽樣法，共發出330份問卷，實得有效問卷287份，有效回收率86.9%。本研究進一步以敘述性統計、信效度分析、因素分析及結構方程模式，針對研究假設進行驗證。
研究結果顯示：(1)雲端儲存系統之系統品質對於使用者的轉換態度不具有正向顯著影響；(2)雲端儲存系統之資訊品質對於使用者的轉換態度具有正向顯著影響；(3)雲端儲存系統之相對優勢對於使用者的轉換態度具有正向顯著影響；(4)雲端儲存系統之相容性對於使用者的轉換態度具有正向顯著影響；(5)雲端儲存系統之複雜性對於使用者的轉換態度具有負向顯著影響；(6)使用者使用雲端儲存系統之科技焦慮對轉換態度與轉換意圖間不具有負向顯著的干擾效果；(7)使用者使用雲端儲存系統之便利性對轉換態度與轉換意圖間具有正向顯著的干擾效果；(8)使用者之轉換態度對轉換意圖具有正向顯著影響。最後，依據研究結果提出相關結論與建議，藉此提供雲端儲存業者對使用者轉換意圖及其他影響因素發展、推廣上之參考。

In recent years, the smart devices have been popular. Through slide the screen tablet and smart phone devices can be uploaded and downloaded files quickly from the cloud space immediacy and convenience. Cloud storages have become prospects promising industry. Cause complete storage tool is future trend for user requirement.
In this study it explores new and old storages alternative in technology transfer. The primary goal of this study is to explore the factors that affect the attitude and intension towards switch from flash drive to cloud storage system, and the research is based on the scholar of Fishbein and Ajzen(1980) proposed the Theory of Reasoned Action. The research combines Information System Success Model and Innovation Diffusion Theory to discuss user’s attitude toward switch. The research makes use of Technology Anxiety and Convenience as a moderating variable to discuss the impact on the user’s attitude and intension. In sampling, the empirical objects in the survey consist of users of cloud storage system. In total, 330 questionnaires were sent out and 287 effective questionnaires were returned with effective recovery rate of 86.9%.
The research used descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, validity analysis, factor analysis and Structural Equation Modeling was applied to examine the proposed research hypotheses. After the empirical research, the results of the study are as follows：(1) System Quality doesn’t have significant positive influences on attitude toward switch. (2)Information Quality has significant positive influences on attitude toward switch. (3)Relative advantage has significant positive influences on attitude toward switch. (4) Compatibility has significant positive influences on attitude toward switch. (5) Complexity has significant negative influences on attitude toward switch. (6) Technology Anxiety doesn’t have significant negative moderating the attitude toward switch and intension toward switch. (7) Convenience has significant positive moderating the attitude toward switch and intension toward switch. (8) Attitude toward switch has significant positive influences on intension toward switch. The findings of this study provide conclusion and suggestion for cloud storage system operators to understand user’s intention and other factors development, promotion on the reference.
