網路視訊教學不僅擺脫了許多傳統學習行為在時間與地理位置因素層面上的限制,使得學習者擁有更方便且多元的學習模式,並且數位化之教學資訊,在保存與管理上更具效率,網路視訊教學能傳遞動態影像結合聲音,搭配輔助文字與圖片給每位學員,進行線上視訊之互動教學模式,因此常被應用於語言學習、自然保育推廣、體育教學…等不同類型的課程教學。 本研究以RIA為核心概念,建置一個網路視訊學習服務平台,以華語文化為主要學習內容,提供國內外華語教學人士一個互動性高、教學內容擴充便利的線上互動學習環境,開發以學習資源與測驗評量設計、網路視訊學習等三大層面為主要導向的應用功能模組與輔助工具,協助教師進行數位學習內容管理、幫助學生進行反覆式學習,提供師生之間多樣化的討論交流環境,並且彼此之間可提供多媒體學習資源,使得教學課程內容更具擴展性,學習內容更豐富、更具多元化,形成一個具備協同教學的學習機制。
