以訊號耦合方式整合軟體式視訊會議系統與硬體式視訊會議系統之研究

摘要


資訊時代的來臨,視訊會議的應用越來越普及,尤其在COVID-19疫情時代更成為最佳的會議方式。目前使用之視訊會議系統可區分為軟體式視訊會議系統與硬體式視訊會議系統,而軟體式視訊會議系統成員與硬體式視訊會議系統成員卻無法直接相互連線。因此當兩視訊系統成員需要共同參與同一會議時,就需要使用專用之視訊系統整合平台,而當使用這些專用視訊系統整合平台時也普遍存在許多限制,可整合之軟體式視訊系統品牌也有限制。 本論文提出一種可以整合多種硬體式視訊會議系統與多種軟體式視訊會議系統的方法,並可跨不同之硬體式視訊會議系統及軟體式視訊會議系統,方法為利用訊號轉換器在硬體式視訊會議系統與軟體式視訊會議系統間相互轉換會議影像及聲音訊號。軟體式視訊系統端利用軟體訊號轉換器將會議影像及聲音訊號傳送至硬體式視訊系統端,硬體式視訊系統端利用硬體訊號轉換器將會議影像及聲音訊號傳送至軟體式視訊系統端,以此訊號轉換的方法可克服視訊會議系統間不同通訊協定之限制,讓硬體式視訊會議系統與軟硬體式視訊會議系統可以整合連線會議。本論文中並實作硬體式會議視訊系統及軟體式視訊會議系統之整合連線,硬體式視訊會議系統因基於SIP與H.323通用之通訊協定,故硬體式視訊會議系統之間不須再作轉換,實作中硬體式視訊會議系統端選用Avaya硬體式視訊會議系統。軟體式視訊會議系統端則因各軟體式視訊會議系統各有專用之通訊協定,故選用Microsoft Teams及Cisco Webex兩套軟體式視訊會議系統來實作。最後實作證明本研究方法可成功整合硬體式視訊會議系統及軟體式視訊會議系統,且可跨多種不同之硬體式視訊會議系統及軟體式視訊會議系統(每次會議需使用同一套軟體視訊會議系統),而且不需購置昂貴之硬體多點式視訊系統,更不需要長期支付整合授權及雲端會議室租賃費用。

The advent of the information era and increase popularity of video conference, especially in the COVID-19 epidemic era, the current conference methods can be either software video conferencing system or hardware video conferencing system. However, the software video conferencing system and the hardware video conferencing system can not connect directly to each other. Therefore, when the two video system members need to participate in the same meeting, they need to integrate the platform through the dedicated video system, while uses these private video There are also many restrictions in the system integration platform, which can be integrated with soft video system brands. Therefore, this paper proposed a method to integrate multiple hardware video conferencing systems and a variety of software video conferencing systems and to cross platforms between the different hardware video conferencing and software video conferencing systems. This paper uses signal converters in both the hardware video conferencing systems and software video conferencing systems for integrating images and sound signals. The hardware video conferencing system can also use the signal converter to transmit the conferencing image and sound signal to the software video conferencing system to overcome the limitations of different communication protocol between the two video conferencing systems and to achieve the purpose of integrating the connection between the hardware video conferencing system and the software video conferencing system. In this paper, the integration of the hardware video conferencing system and the software video conferencing system, the hardware video conferencing system is based on the SIP and H.323 general communication protocol. There is no requirement for the hardware video conferencing system converter. This paper applies the Avaya hardware video conference system. The Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex are two software video conferencing systems used to inter-video conference and with Avaya. This research method can successfully communicate between the hardware video conferencing system and the different software video conferencing systems. The setup is low cost and does not require the purchase of expensive hardware video host systems. The only costs comes with the setup of converter for the different software vide conferencing systems.
