TOE framework can provide a good explanation of the factors that influence the adoption intention of an organization's information system. As the covid-19 pandemic spreads around the world, the adoption of corporate hybrid work patterns is becoming more necessary and widespread. Only after the pandemic, will the corporate hybrid work model fade? That is, the core issue of this study. The purpose of this study was to explore the intention of persistent use after epidemic outbreak by integrating TOE framework and Post-acceptance model of IS continuance, so as to understand the Hybrid work mode after the epidemic situation gradually receded, the organization continues to adopt possible changes in intent. This study can be used to explore the organization of pre-and post-epidemic hybrid mode of the adoption and impact factors have a more complete understanding and interpretation. The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of TOE framework on the adoption behavior, satisfaction and intention of continuous adoption of hybrid work modes. In this study, the questionnaire was distributed to small and medium-sized enterprises in Taiwan. The results showed that the perceived usefulness (technology) , human capital, management support (organizational) and government support (environmental) of TOE framework had significantly positive effects on the adoption of Hybrid work in the epidemic situation, the adoption behavior during the epidemic also positively affected the satisfaction degree of the hybrid work mode during the epidemic, while the intention of continuous use after the epidemic was not significant, however, this study also found that adoption behavior could influence the continuous adoption intention through the mediating effect of satisfaction degree.
