使用銀髮族身體組成與身體質量指數之體感遊戲推薦系統實作

摘要


臺灣持續加快的老化問題增加了醫療以及社會福利的支出,已經影響社會健全發展,因應高齡化社會的來臨,須先掌握如何維持高齡者的健康生活品質。本研究旨在發展一個基於銀髮族身體組成與身體質量指數的體感遊戲推薦系統。透過收集銀髮族的身體組成數據和身體質量指數,並使用機器學習技術進行分析,並且建立了一個能夠根據個人身體狀況合理推薦適合體感遊戲的系統。依據臺中市清水區的銀髮族為實驗對象,在每次實驗時先穿戴心率傳感器,追蹤每次實驗時實驗對象從開始實驗到結束實驗期間的心率。並且透過實驗結果來分析該運動方式是否有效。實驗結果顯示,我們的系統能夠提高銀髮族對於體感遊戲的參與度並改善他們的遊玩體驗,並且有90%以上的使用者,在使用期間的最大心率是達到有效運動心率。本研究的貢獻在於提供了一種有效的體感遊戲推薦系統,可以幫助銀髮族提高身體健康和生活品質,並且提供銀髮族未來不同的運動模式選擇。

Taiwan's accelerating ageing problem has increased the expenditure on medical and social welfare, affecting the development of social health. In response to the arrival of an aging society, it is necessary to first grasp how to maintain the health and quality of life of the senior adults. This study aims to develop a body sensation game recommendation system based on the physical composition and body mass index of the senior adults. By collecting physical composition data and body mass index of the senior adults, and using machine learning techniques for analysis, a system that can reasonably recommend appropriate body sensation games based on individual physical conditions was established. Based on the senior adults in Qing Shui District, Taichung City as the experimental subjects, a heart rate sensor was worn at the beginning of each experiment to track the heart rate of the experimental subjects from the start of the experiment to the end. The experiment results were analyzed to determine the effectiveness of the exercise method. The results showed that our system can improve the participation of the senior adults in body sensation games and enhance their playing experience, and over 90% of users have a maximum heart rate that reaches an effective exercise heart rate during use. The contribution of this study is to provide an effective physical game recommendation system that can help senior adults to improve their physical health and quality of life, and to provide them with a choice of different exercise patterns in the future.
