使用延伸科技接受模型於銀髮族對體感健康促進遊戲使用意願之研究

摘要


長期且規律的運動是讓年長者保持身體活動力的主要方法,然而過去的研究發現,年長者大多不願進行體能相關運動,其原因主要因為運動本身枯燥乏味。為了解決這項難題,研究者提出使用嚴肅遊戲方式幫助年長者進行身體鍛鍊。本研究提出一套自主開發的體感運動遊戲作為銀髮族體能鍛練的輔助工具,稱為「FARM73放輕鬆」,讓年長者透過體感動作偵測裝置進行遊戲,一邊玩遊戲的同時也能運動到身體。為了分析所提遊戲是否能有效幫助到年長者,提昇年長者的運動意願,及使用體感遊戲的意願,本研究透過延伸科技接受模型探討銀髮族對於體感運動遊戲的使用意願,利用問卷調查銀髮族對於主觀規範、主觀印象、認知有用性、認知易用性、效果驗證及使用意願之間的相互影響。實驗結果發現對銀髮族而言,覺得遊戲對自身是有用的就會樂於嘗試,即「認知有用性」影響「使用意願」。遊戲容不容易使用,對產生使用的想法沒有太直接的關係,即「認知易用性」對「使用意願」並沒有產生直接影響。同時發現較高年齡的年長者會更傾向於聽取旁人對自身健康的意見,表示「主觀規範」會受到年齡的增加而更加關注,以及「使用意願」會受到過去使用經驗而提高,表示只要銀髮族體驗過體感遊戲,再次使用的意願就會提昇。實驗結果證明,本研究所開發之「FARM73放輕鬆」體感運動遊戲的確可以提昇年長者運動的意願。

Long-term and regular exercise is the main way to keep the physical activity of the older people. In past studies, older people were reluctant to exercise because it is boring for them. Scholars have suggested using serious games to help older people exercise on this subject. This study proposed game is a motion sensing interactive sports game called "FARM73 Relaxation". Older people use motion sensing devices to play the games, and they can play games while exercising. In order to understand whether the proposed game can helped the older people to promote sports and use the game. This study uses Extension of the Technology Acceptance Model to explore the willingness of older people to use the motion sensing game. We used questionnaires to investigate the impact of older people on Subjective Norm, Image, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Result Demonstrability, and Intention to Use. The results show that the older people think that the game is helpful to themselves and will use it. It indicates that "Perceived Usefulness" has a positive impact on "Intention to Use". The game is easy to use or not won't affect the reason for use. It indicates that "Perceived Ease of Use" didn’t have direct impact on "Intention to Use". In addition, the older people at higher ages are more likely to listen to others’ opinions about their own health. It indicates that "Subjective Norm" will be affected by age. And as long as the older people have experienced the motion sensing game, the willingness to use it again will increase. It indicates that "Intention to Use" will be affected by past experience. The experimental results prove that the "FARM73 Relaxation" motion sensing game developed in this study can increase the willingness of the older people to exercise.
