探討智慧型訊息協商機制於創新網路服務應用平台:以物業管理產業-生活與商業支援服務為實務案例

摘要


拜資訊科技進步之賜,網路服務應用蓬勃發展,並且陸續發展出多種新穎技術,而其中雲端運算即為整合網路快速傳遞與資訊科技能力優勢的一項新穎技術,隨著雲端運算的出現,如何透過雲端運算提供多樣化網路服務,已成為產業用以創造競爭優勢的重要議題。近年來,隨著居住型態改變,群聚式華廈社區紛立,傳統的大樓管理面臨極大挑戰,過去所重視的社區安全維護變成大樓管理的基本要項,如何有效提升社區居民生活品質與滿意程度成為重要的考驗,因而促成樓管業者逐漸重視物業管理的概念,竭盡所能地提供並推動各項創新服務。 提供社區創新應用服務正是一個符合目前時代潮流的方向,而本研究實地訪查與探討目前中部地區某物業管理公司,解析目前所提供的社區網路服務需求,發現每位使用者對於使用網路服務有不同面向的思考,而每位使用者對於網路服務所提供的服務價值認知不盡相同。綜觀目前所提供的社區網路服務,大多為訊息公告與詢答模式,似乎無法接合社區居民各種生活構面的需求,且大部分的網路服務無法依據每一位使用者心目中所重視的面向執行,而對於不同使用者網路服務價值不同的問題也無法有效解決。有鑑於此,本研究發展一個基於雲端運算的創新應用平台並提供智慧化網路服務,期望可以協助樓管業者提供適性化生活服務訊息給社區居民,有效的提升其生活品質。本研究提出一個基於網路服務之訊息協商系統架構,運用知識擷取技術建置使用者身份設定檔(Profile);XML技術作為住戶需求與網路服務協商之訊息交換格式;效用函數(Utility Function)選出使用者心目中期望的面向;模糊(Fuzzy)理論使用於權重設定;訊息協商技術即時搜尋網路服務,並透過本研究所設計的協商機制組合使用者所需參考方案;推薦技術則用於推薦適性化服務訊息給使用者。 透過本研究設計之智慧化網路服務,使用者提出各種生活構面需求時,將可以利用網路服務協商機制,組合使用者生活知識所需較適切的建議方案,減少使用者資訊負載量;而透過效用函數將可選出每位使用者此次網路服務中重視的面向,以使整體網路服務更貼近使用者需求;透過模糊理論設定權重值,將可使整體網路服務以客觀方式呈現。相信樓管業者若能透過此智慧化網路服務提供社區住戶服務,相信社區住戶的滿意度將會有提升;而社區住戶使用者的生活構面需求,能透過此智慧化網路服務獲得較適切建議方案。本研究設計之智慧化網路服務相信對樓管業者提供社區服務與社區住戶生活構面需求上都有適當的貢獻。未來研究方向應強化並著重於設計使用者評分回饋機制,所蒐集之回饋資訊可協助此創新應用服務平台進行智慧化學習,漸進式改善所提供的服務品質。此外,在推薦技術上亦可以再考量整合智慧化技術與方法,強化推薦的效果。

By the improvement of information technology, web service applications is prosperous, and different types of technological innovations have been developed. Especially, Cloud Computing is a new growing technology which can integrate the network and deliver the information fast. With the emergence of Cloud Computing, providing diversity web services by cloud computing in order to create competitive advantage has been an important issue for every industry. In these years, while the Life Style has changed and higher buildings have been existed in the community. The traditional management of the buildings is facing more challenges, and providing community security becomes the basic service.Improving the life quality and satisfaction level of community residents has become an important challenge which makes property managers attach importance to the concept of property management, and try to do the best providing and promoting the innovation services. To provide the innovation application services in the community is a current trend. In this thesis, the property management company, in the central region of Taiwan, has been investigated, explored and analyzed the current network service demand. It found the diversity of users who have different perceptions of the network services. The current web services only provided the message announcement and transponder mode in the community. It also cannot connect to residents’ various needs in daily life. Besides, most of the web services can’t be customized, thus it has no solution for the various users’ perception that the value of the web services. According to this, this thesis develops an innovation application platform based on cloud computing which provide intelligent web services, and expects to assist property managers to provide adaptive living service message for community residents and to improve the life quality for residents efficiently. This thesis proposes a Message negotiation system which based on the web services, and using knowledge captured technique to create the resident profile by XML. XML technology is a format of message exchanging between residents' needs and Internet service negotiation. Using Utility Function to select the users' true expectation oriented in their mind. Fuzzy theory used for the weights set. Using Message negotiation technology to instantly search the web service, and through the negotiation mechanism, which is designed by this thesis, to combine with reference program that user need. Recommended technique is used to recommend adaptive services message for user. In this intelligent web services, which is designed by this thesis. When the users propose their need of various life constructs, by using the Internet service negotiation mechanism, to combine with user's need of life knowledge to provide suitable proposal and reduce the load of user's information. Utility Function to select the user's true expectation oriented in their mind, to make overall web service closer to user's need. Fuzzy theory used for the weights set, to make overall web service be rendered objectively manner.If property managers provide service to community residents by this intelligent web service, believe that would enhance community resident's satisfaction level, and community resident's need of life dimensions, could get more appropriate proposal through this intelligent web service.In this thesis design the intelligent web service, believe that have quite contribution for the property managers provide community service and community resident's need of life dimensions.The future research direction should strengthen and focus on design the users feedback mechanisms, by collecting the feedback information to assist intelligent learning for the innovation application service platform and progressively improve the quality of services offered. In addition, the recommended technology could consider to integrate the intelligent technology and method, to strengthen the effect of the recommended.
