摘要

雲端運算服務的創新，就是集合眾人之力，創造效益跟價值。這是政府大力推動合乎潮流的政策主張。本研究介紹雲端運算產業現況及六個商業模式的要素，目標市場、競爭策略、價值主張、價值鏈、價值網絡、及收入機制的分析，再加以服務創新空間三要素，產品與服務提供的創新、過程的創新、定位的創新形成雙構面，彙總成總體精神的服務導向，以了解雲端運算的創新商業模式。本研究採用多個案的質性研究方法，深度訪談三家國際資訊服務業及二家系統整合業者，依據訪談結果以內容分析方法進行語幹、類目以及信度分析。本研究發展出雲端運算服務環境下之創新商業模式的相關命題，並提出研究發現及相關的管理意涵，以供後續學術界或實務界參考。

The innovation in cloud computing, highly promoted by the government officials to meet the global trend, consolidates resource to create efficiency and thereby values. This study examines the current status of cloud computing industry and analyzes the six components of the business model: target market, competitive strategy, value chain, value network, value proposition, and revenue mechanisms, followed by utilizing three elements of service innovation space - product and service innovation, process innovation and position innovation - to construct a dual framework to the business model concept, in order to seek a more comprehensive mental insight into what constitutes enhanced service orientation, and to further increase our understanding of the business model innovation in cloud computing.This dissertation uses a qualitative multiple case study design to conduct in depth interviews of three international information technology companies and two system integrators. Interview transcripts are then analyzed employing thematic and category analysis with further testing of reliability in content analysis.This paper studies hypotheses related to innovative business model in cloud computing services environment and proposes findings and associated managerial implications from within to serve as a reference for future studies in academia and business.
