探討身心疲勞對學習意願影響之研究

摘要


在知識隨手可得的科技時代下,越來越多人選擇自學的模式,如何保持高度熱誠,持續地學習是非常重要的。學習者在學習過程中可能會遭遇一些心理、身體等因素而有不同的疲勞程度,對於不同高低學習意願的情況,學習者可能主觀意識上未感到疲勞,卻無學習意願去朝向目標努力,甚至也有身心俱疲,表現出無法集中注意力、精神處於昏睡狀態,但是學習者卻依然樂於學習不肯停止。由於無法掌握自身疲勞程度,不僅容易使自身健康受到威脅,更可能使學習效率不佳、不完整。本研究針對身體疲勞與心理疲勞,探討學習者的學習意願變化情形,由於過去較少使用客觀的生理特徵進行疲勞檢測,因此本研究除了使用傳統問卷衡量外,也使用肌電圖與心電圖,以主觀問卷與客觀生理特徵方式同時進行檢測,並找出疲勞關鍵特徵,發展疲勞程度評估模式,將疲勞以分數形式呈現。而實驗結果並非所有身心疲勞學習者皆處於低學習意願,掌握好休息時機,是可助於疲勞改善提升學習意願。因此本研究將探討在不同身心疲勞程度下對於學習意願之影響,透過量化而得到的疲勞分數,可提供老師或自學者作為評估參考的依據,找到所屬的學習風格,達到個人化的學習模式,提升學習意願與成效。

With the technology era at your fingertips, more and more people choose the self-learning model. How to maintain a high degree of enthusiasm and continuous learning is very important. In the process of learning, learners may encounter some psychological and physical factors and have different degrees of fatigue. For different levels of learning willingness, learners may not feel tired in subjective consciousness, but have no willingness to learn to work toward the goal, even There are also physical and mental fatigue, showing that they are unable to concentrate and the spirit is in a state of drowsiness, but the learners are still willing to learn and refuse to stop. Because it is impossible to grasp the degree of self-fatigue, it is not only easy to threaten its own health, but also to make learning inefficient and incomplete. This study is aimed at physical fatigue and mental fatigue, and explores the learner's willingness to learn. Since the objective physiological characteristics are rarely used for fatigue detection in the past, this study uses EMG and ECG in addition to the traditional questionnaire. The subjective questionnaire is tested simultaneously with the objective physiological characteristics, and the key features of fatigue are identified, and the fatigue assessment model is developed, and the fatigue is presented in the form of scores. The results of the experiment are not all low-skilled learners who are in low learning willingness. Mastering the timing of rest can help improve fatigue and improve learning willingness. Therefore, this study will explore the impact of different levels of physical and mental fatigue on the willingness to learn. The fatigue score obtained through quantification can provide teachers or self-study as the basis for evaluation, find the learning style and achieve a personalized learning model. Improve learning willingness and effectiveness.
