傳統教育訓練的出席記錄主要是採用紙本簽到方式,由課堂講師利用簽到表逐一點名確認上課人員是否到場。拜科技進步之賜,目前已有採用RFID技術或Mifare卡搭配讀取器模式進行點名流程,缺點是前置作業設定花費較長時間,且搭配讀取器體積較大可攜性不佳,點名記錄完成後要透過網路上傳才能檢核記錄。此外,使用網頁產生QR-Code碼整合行動裝置也被提出應用於點名程序,但這樣的模式無法確認使用者確實出席課程之真確性。 本研究主要利用Beacon推播特性,搭配行動裝置的APP程式,解決傳統的教育訓練人員紙本簽到、講師上傳課程講義或分享教學資源等問題。所提出的系統利用講師攜帶輕巧的Beacon設備,在APP中設定課程所對應的Beacon,出席課程人員可運用Beacon對特定區域範圍推播特性開啟手機藍芽裝置主動接收訊息後,完成人員簽到。研究假設行動裝置與擁有者具有緊密相依的特性,故依此確認使用者確實出席課程之真確性,排除代理簽到的狀況。另外,講師可透過此系統上傳該課程檔案,在APP確認出席課程人員教學資源已下載取得。最後,本研究利用科技接受模式(TAM)來評估使用者對於此項新系統科技之接受程度,並進行問卷統計及結果分析,驗證系統的設計與使用普遍來說都是給予高度接受肯定。
Traditionally, an attendance record of education and training course is mainly by paper check-in. The course lecturers use the attendance form to confirm whether the attendance of the learner. Information and communication technology promote human life development. In current, RFID technology or Mifare card solution is used to carry out an attendance confirmation process. This solution needs more pre-configuration time and the relevant equipment lacking portability. After the attendance confirmation process, the final attendance record must be uploaded to check. Besides, another solution integrating mobile device and QR-Code technology is proposed to carry out an attendance confirmation process. The solution cannot confirm learner attendance certainty. This study mainly integrates Beacon's panning features and mobile device’s APP to solve the problems including traditional attendance record of education and training course paper check-in and course lecturers sharing learning resources issue, etc. The proposed system uses a lightweight Beacon equipment to configure the Beacon corresponding to the course in APP. Based on Beacon's specific area-wide push feature, learners active mobile device’s Bluetooth function automatically to receive the message, completion of personnel check-in. In this study, a mobile device is defined highly depend with its owner, so the proposed system can confirm learner attendance certainty. Besides, the course lecturers use the proposed system to upload and share learning resources, they also confirm that learners use mobile device’s app to download. Finally, our study use the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to assess the user's acceptance of technology. The evaluation shows the proposed system is effective and wide accepted.
