針灸醫療知識與態度對醫療行為影響之研究

摘要

在二十一世紀多元性的就醫需求，針灸之安全、速效、便利與經濟的特性日益受到世界各國的關注和重視，對於藥物無法治癒的疾病，傳統針灸療法乃民眾健康照護優先選擇的治療方法之一，綜觀國內研究皆著重在中醫醫藥的探討，缺乏針灸的知識態度與就醫行為之相關研究，因此，本研究透過紙本與網路問卷對511位年滿十八歲民眾，進行針灸醫療知識與態度對針灸就醫行為影響之調查。
實施結果發現高所得與高學歷之年輕女性對針灸接受度及使用度較高，年齡介於21至50歲、教育程度越高及收入越高之民眾比較重視醫療院所及醫師的口碑，而適當的針灸衛教能幫助患者擁有正確觀念加速康復，然太過強調針灸衛教則適得其反；另外，針灸醫療知識、態度與行為三者之間會互相影響，其中針灸醫療態度又具有部分中介效果，即針灸知識認知除直接影響其就醫行為，也透過態度傾向強化影響其就醫決策，進而產生忠誠度。因此，建議各醫療院所應充分據其正確針灸醫療知識，制定推廣針灸療效之願景決策。

The demand for medical treatment in the 21st century tends to be diversified. Acupuncture treatment has the characteristics of safety, quickness, convenience and economy, and has received increasing attention from all over the world. For diseases that cannot be cured by medicines, acupuncture is one of the preferred treatments for public health care. Previous studies have focused on the discussion of traditional Chinese medicine, lacking the research related to the medical treatment behavior influenced by the knowledge and the attitude towards acupuncture. Therefore, this study investigated the influence of acupuncture medical knowledge and attitudes towards acupuncture-seeking behaviors through paper and online questionnaires on 511 people who aged over 18.
The questionnaire found that young women with high income and high education level had higher acceptance and use of acupuncture. People aged between 21 and 50, the higher the education level and the higher the income, pay more attention to the reputation of medical institutions and physicians. Appropriate acupuncture and health education can help patients have the correct concept to accelerate recovery, but Excessively emphasis on acupuncture and health education is counterproductive. In addition, acupuncture medical knowledge, attitudes and behaviors affect each other. Among them, acupuncture medical attitude has partial mediating effect, that is, acupuncture knowledge cognition not only directly affects medical treatment behavior, but also influences medical decision-making through attitude orientation, and then generates loyalty. Therefore, it is recommended that all medical institutions should fully formulate their vision to promote the efficacy of acupuncture according to the correct acupuncture medical knowledge.
