2005年至2014年全世界紡織帽需求仍呈現正成長趨勢,然而臺灣紡織帽產業在全球經濟快速變動及各國紛紛簽定貿易協定,以減免貨物關稅的壓力下,面臨價格和品質的競爭,導致出口紡織帽產品有被取代的隱憂。因此,臺灣紡織帽產業面臨國際市場的競爭壓力,應了解全球市場出口結構變化及利用本身優勢找出相對具有國際競爭的市場。 本研究根據財政部關務署及國際貿易中心相關資料,運用貿易競爭指標如出口佔有率及顯示性比較優勢為分析工具,找出臺灣紡織帽類出口市場相對較具競爭優勢的產品,並比較目標市場之競爭對手的競爭優勢。 實證結果顯示美國為我國主要紡織帽產業出口國,但是臺灣紡織帽在比利時較具有競爭優勢,出口產品以針織或鉤針織之6505節所屬帽類較具競爭力,日本市場和美國市場相同;至於加拿大市場則以出口針織或鉤針織之人造纖維製帽類較具有競爭優勢。另外目標市場美國主要競爭對手為中國、孟加拉、越南。
The demand of textile hat still appears a positive growth trend from 2005 to 2014. However, under the pressure of a fast-changing global economic environment and various countries signing the trade agreements for reducing the duty, Taiwan’s textile hat industry will face the price and the quality competition, so that its export commodities of textile hat could be replaced by other countries. Therefore, we should understand the change of textile hat export structure in global market and the application of its superiority to find the relatively competitive international market. According to the reports of Ministry of Finance Customs Administration and the International Trade Center, this study uses the export share ratio and the trade competition index as the analytic tool to find the relatively competitive advantage products in Taiwan’s textile hat export market. Furthermore, I will compare the competitive advantages of competitors in target markets. Empirical results show that the U.S.A. is our main exporting country of Taiwan’s textile hat industry, but has comparative advantages in Belgium market, especially the export commodities of other headgear of heading 65.05 knitted or crocheted. Similarly, it is the same in U.S.A. and Japan. However, the export commodities of hats and other headgear, of man-made fibrin, knitted or crocheted are highly competitive in Canada. In addition, China, Bengal, and Vietnam are our main competitors in the target market of U.S.A.
