從企業社會責任與公司治理的角度檢測經營績效

摘要

近年來，企業社會責任以及公司治理的概念已成為各界關注之議題，而有關企業社會責任、公司治理與公司經營績效之間的關聯性，學者間一直存在不同的看法與論述。本研究以迴歸分析探討企業社會責任與公司治理對經營績效之影響，樣本資料取自2015年至2019年臺灣證券交易所掛牌之上市上櫃公司。實證結果顯示，不論是在企業社會責任或是在公司治理方面皆顯著正向影響其經營績效。根據本研究結果，履行企業社會責任有助於提升公司形象，進而影響投資人對於公司之評價，對公司獲利有正面影響，而具備完善的公司治理機制能有效監督公司內部運作，提高競爭力達成經營目標，促使全體股東獲取利益最大化。

In recent years, the concept of CSR and corporate governance has become an issue of concern in various fields, and there have been different views and discussions among scholars regarding the correlation between CSR, corporate governance and operating performance. In this study, the impact of CSR and corporate governance on operating performance was investigated by regression analysis. The empirical results show that both CSR and corporate governance have a significant positive impact on their operating performance. According to the results of this study, the fulfillment of CSR helps to enhance the company's image, which in turn affects investors' evaluation of the company and has a positive impact on the company's profitability, while a sound corporate governance mechanism can effectively monitor the company's internal operations, improve competitiveness to achieve business goals, and maximize the interests of all shareholders.
