摘要


近幾年來,全球資訊網(WWW)進入一個重視參與、互動與分享的Web2.0網路時代。本研究旨在探討以Web2.0中的Wiki平台進行視覺藝術課程中的群組教學活動。從了解各種的網路教學平台以及Wiki的應用開始著手。發現關於以網路為基礎的藝術相關課程並不多見。因此我們建立一個用在教學上的「台灣本土藝術與文化維基網」(以下簡稱本維基網)來探討視覺藝術與文化教育。 本研究設計兩個不同部份(大學生、國中生)的群組活動引導學生使用本維基網來參與學習,並與同儕分享及互動。國中生部份分為三階段,首先熟悉本維基網的操作方式,其次進行群組學習活動,最後分享學習歷程的教學活動。在大學生部份,則先鼓勵學生使用本維基網來展示作品與創作理念,而後讓群組間在網路上相互評分後再由教師進行指導和說明。本實驗設計之教學活動完成後,根據 此兩組的問卷結果進行分析,其結果顯示大多數的學生對於新的Wiki平台之互動方式具有相當高的滿意度,且學生在使用本維基網學習的參與程度也很高。 本研究已從Wiki平台為基礎的Web2.0實測中,獲得正面的回饋。因此,在用於提高視覺藝術相關的群組活動教學方面,Wiki可視為一個具有前瞻性及吸引力的工具。關於本研究所延伸之相關議題,如Wiki平台的使用性、有效性,以及支援溝通、展示及評量的技術…等,可以再做進一步的探究。

The development of WWW (World Wide Web) has entered a new era called web2.0 during the past few years that emphasizes interactivity, sharing and participation through the web. This research explores this trend by establishing a wiki platform as the web2.0 environment for conducting group activities for visual art courses. We started by understanding various web-based instructional platforms and wiki applications. It was found that web-based art-related courses are rarely developed. Thus we established the pedagogical “Taiwan native art and culture wiki” to investigate the applicability of wiki to visual art and culture education. We designed two parts of group activities for two levels of students (university and junior high school) to see how students might use the wiki site to participate in the learning, sharing and interaction with each other. The junior high school’s part has three sessions with web facilities for the familiarity, the cooperation and the sharing activities on the wiki. In the university part, we first encourage students to use the wiki to demonstrate and document their artifacts, then we ask them to evaluate each other’s product with the guidance of the instructors. According to the questionnaires from these two parts of experiments, most of the students are satisfactory with the new wiki interaction style. The degree of participation are quite good as well. Therefore the wiki seems to be an attractive and promising tool to enhance group activities for visual art related instruction. Our research has gained positive responses to the wiki-based web2.0 implementation. Related issues such as usability, effectiveness, the support for communication, presentation and evaluation … etc., can be further explored based upon this study.
