Using three-dimensional contents for learning is a trend, because the Virtual Reality (VR) is an effective way to deliver the content of courses. In this thesis, the researchers used high performance real-time interactive software of virtual reality that is named VR4MAX. This software assist instructional designers to build a 3D application which is 3D VR learning environment for teaching human structure and function to enhance tuition of the Respiratory System, Vascular System, Digestive System, Urinary System and Skeletal System of a human body for undergraduate students. This 3D application can supply high quality interactive learning environment for students. In addition, the researchers expected students to obtain knowledge of three-dimensional spatial relationship between structures. Finally, the researchers developed a questionnaire for evaluating this 3D VR learning environment. The questionnaire was based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and characteristic of Virtual Reality.
