本研究藉由科技接受模式的概念,來探討南投縣政府編制內的公務人員對於公部門數位學習網的使用意圖,為達成本研究目的,透過問卷調查方式,總計發放484份問卷,回收377份問卷。本研究採用SPSS 22.0 統計軟體進行資料分析與驗證,應用之分析方法有:敘述性統計、信效度分析、相關分析、迴歸分析與單變量分析等。依據實證結果進行分析,共有下列結論: 一、主觀規範-同儕影響、工作關聯性與認知易用性等構面對認知有用性構面有正向顯著的影響;而主觀規範-法令規定構面對認知有用性構面則無顯著的影響。 二、電腦自我效能與知覺趣味性構面對認知易用性構面有正向顯著的影響。 三、認知有用性、認知易用性、主觀規範-同儕影響與電腦自我效能等構面對公部門數位學習網之使用意圖皆有正向顯著的影響;而主觀規範-法令規定構面對公部門數位學習網之使用意圖則無顯著的影響。 四、南投縣政府公務人員在年齡、服務年資、教育程度、行政資歷等外部變項對公部門數位學習網之使用意圖皆存在顯著差異。
This research is based on the theory of Techchnology Acceptance Model,and to analyze the using attitudes of Nantou City Government employees toward the e-learning websites. This study applied SPSS 22.0 statistical analysis software to analyze these data.The data analysis method includes of descript statistics,reliability analysis,validity analysis,canonical analysis, regression analysis and univariate analysis. The findings of this research are summarized: 1.Subjective norms-peer influence,job relevance,perceived ease of using attitude would influence the perceived usefulness of using attitude positively; Subjective norms-regulation would not influence the perceived usefulness of using attitude. 2.Computer self-efficacy,perceptions playfulness would influence the perceived ease of using attitude positively. 3.The perceived usefulness of using attitude, perceived ease of using attitude, subjective norms-peer influence toward the behavior and computer self-efficacy would influence the intention of using public e-learning websites positively. Subjective norms-regulation would not influence the intention of using public e-learning websites. 4.Age,level of education,the year of the administration and administrative qualifications would influence the attitude of using public e-learning websites.
