More and more businesses use e-learning in employee training due to the popularity of internet and the consideration of cost reduction. With the growth of e-learning implementation in business, e-learning effectiveness becomes more crucial. The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of employees' self-efficacy and learning strategies on e-learning effectiveness. The sample of this study was the employees from business organization in which e-learning was implemented. A total of 350 questionnaires were sent out, and 278 effectiveness ones were received. The empirical results showed that both self-efficacy and learning strategies had significant effect on e-learning effective. Suggestions regarding how to enhance employees' self-efficacy and effective use of learning strategies on e-learning were proposed based on the results.
