現在國內醫療發達,醫學資訊人員使用醫療資訊交換標準(HL7)的機率增加,應用HL7傳送多媒體資料需求相對增加。本研究針對HL7傳送不同大小的影片,分析在網路上傳送的效能,找出較佳的傳送方式,將資料較快速地傳送到使用者端。本研究在HL7標準中,以嵌入式和連結式兩種不同的傳送方式作比較。連結式是將影片在網路上URL的載點嵌入到HL7訊息中作傳送,使用者端依載點使用串流技術下載影片;嵌入式則將資料編碼轉成MIME嵌入到HL7訊息中,再傳送到使用者端,使用者端再將資料解碼成影片觀賞。本研究以NS2來模擬網路環境,針對不同的影片大小分析出較佳的傳送方式,藉由本研究的成果,幫助醫學資訊人員,使用HL7標準傳送資料時,能以較佳的傳送方式傳送。
Now, medical technology gets more developed, medical information workers use Health Level Seven standard increasingly. Using HL7 to transport multimedia data increases requirement relatively. This thesis is aimed at transporting different size video files on HL7 standard and analyzing transmission performance on the Internet. It wants to find a better transmission and transport data to clients more quickly. This thesis uses Reference Pointer and Encapsulated Data to transport data for comparison on HL7 standard. Reference Pointer means encapsulating videos’ URL point into HL7 message and transporting it, clients use streaming technology to download videos by URL point. Encapsulated Data means encoding data to MIME , encapsulating into HL7 message and transporting it to clients. Clients receive data and decode data to videos for playing. This thesis uses NS2 to simulate a network environment. It is aimed at transporting different size video files to find a better method. By the results of this thesis, medical information workers can use better transmission to transport multimedia data on HL7 standard.
