林智信版畫中的臺灣本土意象

摘要
臺灣本土意識抬頭、懷舊設計當道，木刻版畫雖已逐漸式微，在多元的臺灣美術中，木刻版畫展現深刻的本土意象。臺灣特殊的歷史背景及文化變遷，使各種藝術能夠多元呈現，版畫也有獨特的發展，希望藉由本研究的文獻整理，臺灣的本土文化得以延續與傳承。林智信的版畫發揮臺灣牛的精神、刻苦耐勞、努力不懈，令人感佩！基於個人對於本土的熱愛與興趣，研究林智信版畫中的「臺灣本土意象」。 本研究為質性研究，採用個案研究、文獻分析法，透過符號學的研究途徑；研究目的在於瞭解林智信版畫創作的內容與表現形式，對林智信的版畫風格與主題加以歸納及分類，再從歸納林智信版畫的主題及特色，尋求其臺灣本土創作的脈絡，然後探討林智信版畫作品對臺灣本土意象的建構、應用及影響。希望可以提供教學或研究創作「臺灣本土意象」取材時之參考。 林智信版畫創作的意象、內涵與特質，充滿台灣人苦幹、蠻幹的牛勁，數量多且大，作品表現台灣本土情懷，展現本土意象，為台灣留下美麗的圖像，其作品兼具藝術性與文化價值。根據本研究發現：林智信版畫創作深具臺灣本土意象，其版畫創作建立臺灣文化符碼，而且本土意象作品能豐富文化創意產業，木刻版畫式微應藉視覺藝術教育延續。本研究對於後續研究之建議為建立臺灣本土藝術作品的個案分析及臺灣本土意象創作的文化建構分析，並進行臺灣本土意象創作符碼運用的探討。

Taiwanese consciousness and nostalgic design is in power. Although block prints is gradually declining, it shows the depth of local images in different Taiwan arts. Because of Taiwan's special historical background and cultural changes, the various arts can present in multi-dimensional ways. Block prints also has a unique development. By this research, the continuity of Taiwan's indigenous culture can maintain and pass down. Lin Chih- Hsin’s block prints reveal the Taiwan spirit－hard-working. To study the Taiwan indigenous image in Lin Chih- Hsin’s block prints is based on personal love and interest. This study use qualitative research of case studies, documental analysis and semiotic analysis to understand the contents and forms of Lin Chih- Hsin’s block prints. Induce and classify the style and topics of his block prints, and then find the context of Taiwan indigenous creation. Then explore the Taiwan indigenous construction, application or influence in Lin Chih- Hsin’s art works. Hope this study can be one of the Taiwan indigenous references for studying or teaching. Lin Chih Hsin’s works show people the strong spirit inside Taiwan people spirit. The quantity of his works is huge and present the beauty of Taiwan. His block prints are full of artistry and cultural value .According to the study, we can find out Lin Chih-Hsin’s block prints are full of Taiwan indigenous image and its creation establishes the symbol of Taiwan culture. Taiwan indigenous art works can enrich cultural creation industry, Block prints can be continuous through visual art education. The suggestion of the research afterwards is to establish the analysis of cases about Taiwan indigenous art works and analysis of culture construction about indigenous image, and then carry on the symbol application of ingenious image.
