以服務設計觀點探討農業體驗設計

Discussion on Agricultural Experience Design from Service Design

摘要


農業是與土地接觸最直接的方式,然而現代人不以農業維生,能夠參與農作接觸土地的機會不多,而今食安與環境問題,讓越來越多人願意透過農業體驗對土地有更進一步的感受。 本研究目的希望(一)運用服務設計觀點探討一般體驗與農業體驗的差異。(二)歸納出適合農業體驗之設計方法與流程。(三)將上述流程或方法應用於隘寮社區之農業體驗設計。 本研究透過不同的方法,獲取不同研究階段所需的資料,包含以文獻探討服務設計方法,歸納合適的研究設計。透過訪談法取得農業體驗接受者研究案例、透過觀察法瞭解農業體驗提供者「南投縣集集鎮隘寮里社區」案例現況,進一步採用焦點團體法、親和圖法分析上述資料,並發展出合適隘寮社區舉行的農業體驗。本研究結果,將作為未來規劃設計農業體驗活動之關係人參考。

Agriculture is the most direct way for people to contact with land. Nowadays most people living in cities do not farm and become detached from the natural world. As food safety and other environmental issues arise, more people have begun to participate in agricultural experience to explore nature. The objectives of this study were as follows: (a) investigate the differences between general experiences and agricultural experiences by using a service design perspective; (b) to identity the design method and processes applicable to agricultural activities; and (c) to apply the aforementioned methods to the case of Ailiao community in Taiwan. Appropriate study designs were developed by exploring service design methods found in the existing literature. Subsequently, the study participants’ agricultural experiences were collected through in-depth interviews and the current situation of an agricultural experience provider (i.e., the Ailiao community in Jiji Township, Nantou County, Taiwan) was obtained via observations. Finally, all of the collected data were analyzed using a focus group method and affinity diagrams, based on which agricultural experiences suitable for the Ailiao community can be developed. The study results may serve as a reference to relevant personnel when designing agricultural experiences in the future.
