微控制器(Microcontroller Unit;MCU)是嵌入式應用市場的運作核心,從車用電子、智慧家電、LED背光照明、網路閘道器到行動裝置、PC周邊、家用網路等無所不在,在如此廣泛的應用中,本篇論文中將介紹MCU技術發展與撰寫Arduino程式來建置設備檢查管理系統,由於其在短時間具有資料處理能力,因為這快速資料擷取能力透過在無線技術傳輸到雲端資料庫是非常重要。本研究目的是結合 MCU、Arduino程式、WIFI傳輸和雲端資料庫建立一套有效率且方便管理系統,以執行設備檢查作業。 工具不僅高品質、有助於使用者的工作效率,還能搭配讓使用者調整出最適合的工具儲存系統不論是任何機械的維修,都少不了工具的協助才能進行,好的工具能讓工作順利、輕鬆且快速,因此聰明的技師都會特別講究工具的選擇,此外在完成複雜、費心的維修過程後,還能確保工具不遺留在機械中,以確保機械使用者的安全,本研究在具收納式工具車管理系統對此特別強調,並透過獨到的諸多設計來體貼使用者,想讓維修更快速。運用本研究之管理系統,讓管理者了解收納之工具車內的工具是否具有完備的妥善率,並可進一步瞭解哪些工具被使用次數較頻繁,遺失率及損壞率較高有哪些工具設備,這樣更可以提供給管理者一個數據來判讀此工具設備的使用狀況。
