數位時代下的評圖空間探討- 以國立臺中科技大學室內設計系為例

摘要


在歷史發展的脈絡下,數位媒材改變了室內設計的思維及操作方法,也改變了學校對於設計教育的方式。評圖,則是室內設計教育中設計者被養成的重要過程。現況各大學的建築系或室內設計系的評圖空間是依照著做手工模型以及貼圖討論的評圖思維去做機能的分配與應用,但在數位化時代的應用及發展下,現況機能及評圖方式對於突破傳統是一大阻礙。因此,如果要與時俱進,勢必要探討數位化與學校設計教育的關聯性,進而改變對於評圖的思維及空間的應用方式。本研究首先藉由了解建室內設計教育發展的背景,來了解室內設計或相關領域教育演進的脈絡,其次分析幾所大學評圖空間現況,藉由分析評圖空間與系館之間的關係,來了解評圖場域的重要性,同時藉由參與式觀察與訪談法記錄現況評圖空間的問題,並探討其評圖方式,以國立臺中科技大學室內設計系為基地,思考室內設計系現況所缺少的評圖機能,最後整理歸納發現的問題,以解決問題作為設計原則,一方面探討空間本質與學習之間的關係,用以改變評圖場域的界定方式;二方面因應數位化時代的來臨,藉由VR虛擬實境與AR擴增實境科技的介入,使學習者能夠成功傳達訊息,讓觀看者與評圖者能夠了解學習者的設計,並且回到評圖的本質,使評圖時的學習方式得以改變。本研究探討VR及AR科技滲入日常上課與評圖的未來性,以一假設性的空間實踐,敘述如何使教育型態化被動為主動。

Under the context of the development of history, digital media has changed the thinking and practices of interior design as well as the way interior design is taught in school. Critique plays an important role in cultivating designers in their education of interior design. For the department of architecture or interior design at every university in Taiwan, the critique space is distributed and applied functionally according to the traditional way of involvement of physical models and layout. However, with the application and development of digitalization, current function and critique method is a great hindrance to the breakthrough of tradition. Therefore, if we want to keep abreast of the times, we have to investigate the relationship between digitalization and design education in school, in an attempt to change the thinking of critique and the application of space. Firstly, this study is aiming at understanding interior design or its related education, through realizing the background of the development of interior design education. Secondly, the study of universities with design related department in Taiwan is analyzed so that we can grasp the importance of critique zones, through analyzing the relationship between critique spaces and their department buildings. At the same time, This study records the problems of critique space by observation and interviewing, and further exploring the method of critique. The Interior Design Department at National Taichung University of Science and Technology serves as the site, in which the issue of lacking critique function in the Department of Interior Design is raised.Finally, The organized and summarized problems are solved by design principles. The relationship between the essence of space and learning are investigated to alter the definition of critique space. Besides, in the age of digitalization, the learners with the help of AR technology can succeed in sending messages so that the audience and the juries can understand the design of the learners. The learners thereby can turn back to the essence of critique and modify the method of learning in critique. In short, the purpose this design thesis is to investigate the future of merging AR technology into everyday study, and with a hypothetical practice of space, to delineate the possibility of converting passive learning to active one in education.
