校外賃居宿舍型態對空間使用行為與活動領域之影響研究-以國立臺中科技大學室內設計系學生為例

隨著經濟不景氣，校園周邊的租賃宿舍不論是新建或改造，皆如雨後春筍般地出現。本研究以學生租賃宿舍型態為軸，探討租賃宿舍型態對於他們空間使用行為與活動領域之影響，從中探討學生對於租賃宿舍空間與環境設備之需求。然而，校園環境座落於都市或鄉下都會對學生行為、想法產生影響及落差，因此本研究針對同一所學校、科系進行研究，以國立臺中科技大學室內設計系學生為對象，針對學生租賃宿舍空間型態進行調查。研究目的為(一)探討國立臺中科技大學室內設計系學生租賃宿舍型態之選擇。(二)探討「不同年級、不同性別、不同生活特質」之學生租賃空間。(三)分析不同租賃宿舍型式對於空間使用行為與活動領域之影響。(四)歸納不同特質之學生適宜的租賃宿舍型態。研究分四大步驟:首先透過紙本問卷調查表給予臺中科大室內設計系各年級之學生填寫，用以了解目前學生租賃宿舍空間型式與使用概況，再以問卷調查之結果遴選實地調查對象，第三步驟實地調查學生租賃宿舍空間尺度、設備、環境等，並透過訪談了解學生之使用行為、作息、活動，並記錄於本研究所設計之「寢室現況紀錄表」。最後研究根據空間軟體、空間硬體、管理維護、居住安全歸結出幾點，在目前學生宿舍無法增加的情況下，學校向外擴張與民間業者合作已是趨勢，針對此次研究，希冀業者能針對本研究所提，對後續規劃學生宿舍之需求加以重視。

The economy is in recession. Students' dormitories around the campus , whether newly built or renovated are springing up. At present by the influence of the low-birth rate so that the rental market is not as hot as in the past. Let people think about what kind of space students like today. Therefore, the study was conducted on the study of students from first grade to fourth grade in the Interior Design Department of NUTC. To investigate the type of dormitory they rent. The research methods are questionnaire survey, field investigation and interview. The semi-structured questionnaire survey and contains 6 parts. The purpose of this study is (1)discusses the choice of dormitory types for students of Interior Design Department of NUTC. (2)To explore the rental space of students of different grades, genders and different life characteristics.(3) Analysis of the influence of different rental dormitory patterns on space use behavior and activity areas (4) To sum up the suitable types of rental dormitories for students with different characteristics. Finally, the research comes down to a few points. In the current situation of student accommodation can not be increased, the expansion of schools and cooperation with private workers has become a trend. In view of this study, we hope that the industry can pay attention to the needs of the follow-up planning of student dormitories.
