校安通報系統使用意圖之研究

A Study on the Intension of on Online Reporting Information System of Campus Security

摘要


本研究之目的,旨在探討校安人員對校安通報系統使用意圖之影響因素,藉由以往相關文獻之研究,除了以科技接受模式為基礎,並加入資訊系統使用的影響因素 (包括:資訊系統綜合功能、資訊人員技術與溝通能力、主管參與程度三個子構面)加以驗證,從資訊系統使用因素觀點分析,探討校安人員對校安通報系統之使用意圖。 本研究本研究採取Davis(1989)之觀點,以科技接受模式為基礎,加入外在因素-資訊系統使用的影響因素,探討對校安通報系統的使用態度及使用意圖。以臺中市高中職校安中心為對象,採各校分層抽樣。本研究調查期間自民國102年03月01日起至102年03月15日止,期間共發出200份問卷,回收182份,有效回收率為91%。根據研究假設,以統計軟體SPSS 18.0與AMOS 18.0進行統計分析,以驗證本研究各項假設是否成立,並進一步詮釋研究結果。研究結果顯示: 1.校安通報系統認知易用性對認知有用性有正向顯著影響。 2.校安通報系統認知易用性對使用態度有正向顯著影響。 3.校安通報系統認知有用性對使用態度有正向顯著影響。 4.校安通報系統使用態度對使用意圖有正向顯著影響。 5.資訊系統使用的影響因素對使用態度有正向顯著影響。 6.資訊系統使用的影響因素對使用意圖有正向顯著影響。

The purpose of this study to investigate the school safety officers school safety reporting system intended use of the influencing factors, by the previous study of the relevant literature, in addition to the technology acceptance model-based and information systems used to join the influencing factors (including: Information systems integration capabilities, IT personnel and technical and communication skills, competent participation of three sub-dimensions) to be verified, from the viewpoint information system using factor analysis to explore the school safety officers school safety reporting system intended use. In this study, this study adopts Davis (1989) the view of the technology acceptance model, based on adding external factors - factors affecting information systems used to explore the reporting system for the use of school safety attitudes and intended use. Campus Security Report Center High School in Taichung City as an object, mining schools stratified sampling. This study investigated the Republic during the 102 years from March 1 until 102 years ended March 15, issued a total of 200 questionnaires, 182, the effective rate was 91%.。 According to the study hypothesis, the statistical software SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 statistical analysis to verify whether the assumptions of this study was established and further interpretation of the findings. The results showed: 1.school safety reporting system perceived ease of use on perceived usefulness has a positive impact. 2.school safety reporting system perceived ease of use has a positive attitude towards the use of a significant impact. 3.school safety reporting system perceived usefulness has a positive attitude towards the use of a significant impact. 4.school safety reporting system used has a positive attitude on the intention to use a significant impact. 5. Information systems used factors on the use of attitude has a positive impact. 6. Information systems used factors on the intention to use has a positive impact.
