運用數位浮水印技術建置題庫整合平台之研究
A Research to Develop an Integrated Platform for Question Bank with Digital Watermark
摘要
為了使提供者能够更樂於分享專業知識而無遭侵權之虞，解決其知識侵犯及著作權保護不易的問題，本論文運用數位浮水印技術做到資料保護的機制，利用數位浮水印技術在題庫影像檔案中加入肉眼無法辨識的浮水印，用來保護提供者的著作權，透過對應的技術亦可找出其數位浮水印。 本題庫平台提供三大系統，分別是題庫系統和測驗系統及解答系統。題庫系統：由提供者將設計出的題目，使用影像檔案 (譬如：JPEG檔、GIF檔、PNG檔...) 上傳到雲端系統平台，圖檔上傳過程系統就會將數位浮水印嵌入至圖檔中，提供者可自由選擇由系統提供的浮水印資訊或者自己提供資訊圖檔加註在自己創作的檔案中，若日後有人使用該圖檔的題目或答案時，便可得知原始提供者是誰，藉以保護提供者的智慧財產著作權。測驗系統：使用者可透過各類網頁瀏覽器選好先前已選用的測驗題目進行評量，評量完成後系統會顯示其正確解答供參考。解答系統：由解答者將答案使用影像檔案上傳到雲端系統平台，圖檔上傳過程系統就會將數位浮水印嵌入至圖片中，解答者亦可自由選擇由系統提供的浮水印資訊或者自行提供資訊圖檔加註在檔案中，讓解答者的著作權獲得保護。透過本研究所開發的題庫、測驗及解答平台，能使更多專業知識及技術保留下來，以及解決題目擁有者保護著作權的問題，亦期望可以間接提升使用者對尊重保護著作權的守法觀念，並使智慧學習的易用性及便利性更加普及。

In order to help those people who are willing to share their expertise without the risk of infringement and to help them solving the problem of knowledge infringement and copyright protection, this paper develops a new technique that uses digital watermarking technology to achieve the data protection mechanism. Using this digital watermarking technology by adding the invisible watermark can protect the copyright of the testing database image files. The digital watermark can be retrieved by the corresponding technology. The platform provides three major systems, namely Question Bank System and Quiz System and Answer System. The Question Bank system includes the image files (for example: JPEG file, GIF file, png file ...) of the questions been upload to the cloud system platform by the providers. When the file is uploaded, the process system will embed the digital watermark in the picture document. The provider can choose the watermark information provided by the system or to add his own information. If someone uses the question file or answer file in the future, he will be able to know that who made these questions. This is a mechanism that can protect the intellectual property copyright of the provider. Quiz System can make testers to select the previous selected test topics through various web browsers, and the system will show the correct answers for reference after the test is completed. Answer system can upload the image file of the answers to the cloud system platform. The image upload process system will embed the digital watermark into the picture. The watermark information is provided by the system or provided by the testers like an information map file. Through the development of the research Bank, test and solution platform, this paper can enable more expertise and technology to retain, and to solve the problem that owners hope to protect copyright. The use of the watermark can enhance the copyright knowledge for those people using these question banks. Hopefully, the mechanism of this paper can bring more convenient and easy use of these protected question banks.
