企業導入擴展性企業資源規劃(EERP)對供應鏈管理績效之影響

摘要

在今日全球性的供應鏈網路結構越發重要，善用現代的科技以取得最大的供應鏈管理的績效也隨著益發顯得重要。基於前述因素，本研究以使用擴展性企業資源規劃系統的企業為主要研究對象、主要目的在探討導入系統之目的對於系統導入產生的效益及其相關性及該系統之運用對於供應鏈管理績效之關聯性。以作相關企業在規劃運用擴展性企業資源規劃系統之參考依據。
本研究採問卷調查法並以SPSS為分析工具得到以下結論：
1.導入系統動機對擴展性企業資源規劃無正向的影響。
2.整合和加值對擴展性企業資源規劃有顯著的影響。
3.擴展性企業資源規劃系統對供應鏈管理績效有顯著之正向影響。
4.導入系統動機以擴展性企業資源規劃系統為中介變數對於供應鏈管理績效有顯著正向影響。
5.整合與加值以擴展性企業資源規劃系統為中介變數對於供應鏈管理績效有顯著正向影響。

For the global, supply chain management is more considerable. It is also important to make good use of modern technology to achieve maximum supply chain management performance. Base on above, the thesis focused on studying the correlation of the import motivation, value added & integration and EERP, also EERP and supply chain management performance. The research object were the enterprises whose apply the extended enterprise resource planning system.

The research is using questionnaire method with SPSS package then obtained results as below.

1. Import motivation has no impact on EERP.
2.The value-added & integration has a positive impact on EERP.
3.The EERP has a positive impact on supply chain managerment performance.
4. There is a mediation effect of EERP on import motivation to supply chain management performance.
5. There is a mediation effect of EERP on valued-added & integration to supply chain management performance.
