摘要

21世紀是知識經濟時代，創新更是知識經濟時代的核心。智慧財產權將能以法律上的權利，以保護屬於企業的無形資產。智慧財產權的重要性已被許多國家和企業所重視。隨著企業之間的激烈競爭，營業秘密對公司營運的價值已與其他的智慧財產權（例如專利、商標、著作權）同等重要。
因此，許多潛在的股東在投資前會考慮企業是否重視智慧財產權，並考量企業是否對智慧財產權進行了良好的管理。
本研究選擇科技產業作為研究對象。主要考量因素是科技產業具有創新、研發和技術等特徵。與其他行業相比，科技產業應確保有效保護企業的營業秘密，以及建立完整的營業秘密管理制度。

The 21st century is the era of knowledge economy, and innovation is the core of the era of knowledge economy. Intellectual property rights provide a legally exclusive right to prevent or restrict the use of intangible assets belonging to the enterprise in an unauthorized manner. The importance of intellectual property rights has been valued by many countries and enterprises. The value of trade secrets to the operation of a company has become as important as intellectual property rights, such as patents, copyrights and trademarks, with the fierce competition among company. Therefore, many potential shareholders will consider whether the enterprise regards intellectual property rights as important before investing, and consider whether there is good management of intellectual property rights.
This research selects the science and technology industry as the research object. The main consideration is that the technology company has the characteristics of innovation, research and development, and technology. Compared with other industries, the technology industry should ensure that the business secrets of enterprises are effectively protected.
The establishment of a complete trade secret management system can effectively protect the company's trade secrets. The company will be sustainable.
