大學生參與微學分花藝手作課程之心流體驗與效益關係之研究

摘要


近年來,國人身處在高度壓力的環境下,越來越重視工作以外的休閒活動, 帶動手作產業的體驗興起,凸顯在大量同質化的商品下,消費者所追求的更是一種全新的生活態度主張,並希冀能在體驗過程中達忘卻煩惱及到自我認同;其中,不僅是社會人士面臨高度壓力,光是2018年高達7000位青少年自殺未遂。因此,本研究透過教育部現行之高等教育深耕計畫推動微學分課程,打破傳統教學方式,並以學生自主性學習,結合園藝產業中之手作花藝課程應用於心流體驗及其效益上,實驗過程依照體驗程度分為淺度及深度型態,一共蒐集162份有效問卷,以SPSS 20.0統計分析軟體進行研究,結果發現無論經過淺度或是深度體驗的參與者,舒緩自身壓力的效果皆高過傳統授課方式;心流體驗特徵則是根據參與者體驗狀態而有所不同,淺層體驗對參與者具有合適技巧與挑戰、明確的目標進而達到宣洩壓力,得到片刻的心情放鬆,學習新的知識與技巧,達到生理與教育效益;深度體驗則對參與者能投注高度的投入精神與掌握創作的作品進度與步調,生理、心理效益皆呈現高度相關。依此研究結果供後續微學分課程廣設及促使參與學生達到激勵內在學習動機,產生良好的學習體驗。

In recent years, the people are under high pressure and attach and importance to leisure activities outside work. Driven by the rise of the handmade industry experience, it highlights that under the circumstances of a large number of homogenized commodities, consumers pursue a new attitude of life proposition, and hope to achieve self-identification and forget their troubles in the process of experience. And it's not just those in society who face high levels of stress. In 2018 alone, up to 7,000 teenagers attempted suicide. Therefore, this research through the current implementation of the Ministry of Education of higher education cultivates the microcredit courses, break the traditional teaching mode, and the students' autonomous learning, combined with hand made flower art courses in the horticulture industry application on the flow and its benefit, experimental process according to the degree of experience can be divided into shallow and deep, a total of collecting 162 valid questionnaires, statistical analysis by SPSS 20.0 software, The results showed that the participants who had experienced both the shallow and the deep experience were more effective at relieving their own stress than the traditional teaching method. The characteristics of flow experience are different according to the experience state of the participants. The shallow experience has appropriate skills and challenges for the participants and clear goals to achieve the release of pressure, get a moment of relaxation, learn new knowledge and skills, and achieve physiological and educational benefits The deep experience showed a high correlation between the participants' high devotion spirit and the progress and pace of the works, as well as the physiological and psychological benefits. Based on the results of this study, it can be used to expand the following micro-credit courses and motivate the participating students to achieve the intrinsic motivation of learning, so as to generate a good learning experience.
