本研究以傳統中小企業A公司為例,探討在一般的管理方法外,是否有較人性化之方法可在每日的人際互動中加強員工的工作態度及主管及員工的職場形象,是否會影響管理者及員工的工作態度。 為達研究目的,分為二個研究架構。研究一依三個不同時間分別為無穿著規定時、只規定主管職場穿著及全公司發放制服時,依時間順序分別對同一群員工約60人實施工作態度的普查問卷調查,分析此三個時間員工的工作態度是否有差異。研究二為探討制服構成、員工對制服的認知對工作態度的影響,以A公司全體員工進查普查,公司總人數為226人,有效問卷199份,有效回收率為88%。經以結構方程模式進行驗證,研究實證結果:(1)制服構成會正向影響員工對制服的認知。(2)制服認知會正向影響員工的工作態度(3)制服認知對制服構成與工作態度有正向的中介效果。(4)制服構成會正向影響員工的工作態度。
The study takes the example of company aiming to explore a humane method, which would enhance and fortify employees’ work attitude, beside ordinary managing method. “Whether execntires’ workplace image would affect supervisors’ and facnlties’ work attitude” is the study topic of this project. In order to achieve the purpose of this project, there are two components of it. First part investigates the employees’ work attitude in three different periods. Begin with no dresss code for entire company, then only executives are required to follow the dress code. In the end, whole company were required to follow the dress code. Second part focuses on uniform composition, the relation between uniform cognition and work attitude. The number of people in company A is 226 people, and there are 199 questionnaires collected, haring the effective recovery of 90%. Structural eqnation model(SEM) was applied to the datas, proving that⑴Uniform composition has significantly positive effect on uniform cognition.⑵Uniform cognition has significantly positive effect on work attitude of staff.⑶Uniform cognition between uniform composition and work attitude has a mediation effect.⑷Uniform composition has significantly positive effect on uniform cognition. According the finding of this research, the result might provide useful references for other firms.
