Taking Grand Guardian Insurance (GGI) company as the case to analyze its business model in details, the research discusses how GGI develops its business in emerging markets and makes achievements, which eventually leads the company to thrive. GGI provides the people, economics and trade with market insurance for risk sharing ensuring insurance protections are supplied to families, people, economic and trades. Through the risk dispersion and protections of insurance, the people of the country can be held responsible, so that inevitable losses can be covered by insurance schemes and thus re-established quickly. Since its establishment (founded in June 2013), GGI has become a market leader with high-quality services and a fair and just claim settlement concept. It is then promoted to diversified fields (market, product development) and the company gradually grows. Although Myanmar's insurance industry faces various challenges, such as: - Lack of diversification of insurance products - Lack of extensive sales channels - Insurance personnel lack professional knowledge, sales skills and experience. - National economic instability and low per capita income - The people's lack of awareness towards insurance, etc. Through the analysis and discussion of GGI company, this research understands that Myanmar's insurance industry has a large space for development and continuous growth. The insurance industry will become a major emerging industry in Myanmar in the future.
