摘 要 論文名稱: 企業二代接班之探討- 以家電經銷產業為例 頁數:59 校所別:國立臺北商業大學 企業管理系(所) 畢業時間:110學年度第1學期 學位:碩士 研究生:劉世彬 指導教授:張旭華 林文晟 關鍵詞:中小企業、二代接班、家用電器 台灣的中小企業在傳統產業上對於經濟起飛的時代扮演重要的角色。然而,這些非常具有競爭力及專業度的中小企業,如今也面臨到了傳承與接班的時刻。這對於中小企業來說,是一件需要審慎思考且相當重大的議題,大多企業的經營狀況很容易收到接班的影響而產生起伏。本研究以家用電器經銷產業為例,探討傳統中小企業的二代接班之問題。本研究蒐集訪談八家企業各自經營或共同經營的第一代與第二代各五人(一共十位)受訪者進行訪談,透過訪談內容歸納出其中的共同問題,兩代經營者對企業都有永續經營的願景,但因彼此成長學習背景不同,總會有意見相左。一代與二代均認為雙方有效溝通是很重要的,不論是經營者或與團隊員工間,專業知識與立場經驗分享都需要傾聽與理解。在研究中提出討論與建議,期望能夠使未來中小企業於二代接班的問題上,更加順暢。

However, these very competitive and professional SMEs are now also facing the moment of inheritance and succession. Most enterprises' operating conditions are easily affected by succession and cause ups and downs. This study takes the home appliance distribution industry as an example to explore the issue of the second generation succession of traditional SMEs. This research conducted interviews with five people (a total of ten) interviewees of the first and second generations of eight companies. Both the first generation and the second generation believe that effective communication between the two parties is very important. Whether it is an operator or a team employee, the sharing of professional knowledge and standpoint experience requires listening and understanding, The common problems were summarized through the content of the interviews, and discussions and suggestions were put forward. It is hoped that future SMEs will be able to smoothly deal with the issue of second-generation succession.
