自從1987年中國大陸改革開放後,許多國家的企業為了降低生產成本與提高獲利,紛紛前往投資中國,台灣的廠商也不例外。但隨著進入的企業越來越多,如何選擇好的「進入模式」也成為廠商間共同的課題,因為可能會隨之影響之後該企業的存活與成功。且台灣的電子產業經過長久發展,已逐漸在世界上佔有一席之地,近年來「消費性電子相關產業」的蓬勃發展,更是相當受到重視。本研究專注於台灣「消費性電子相關產業」廠商進入中國大陸時,面對陌生的市場環境下,本身的「技術變遷」與外部的「結構網絡」、「關係網絡」如何影響其對於「進入模式」的選擇。 本研究採用「內容分析法進行」研究分析,並以「上市櫃公司赴中國大陸投資事業名錄」為企業清單,從中抽取企業為此次研究的樣本,並以大鐸資訊所出版之「新聞知識庫2.0」為新聞選取資料庫,驗證來驗證被報導之企業活動與「進入模式」的關係。實證結果發現:(1)「關係網絡」對「進入模式」有顯著正面影響;(2)「結構網絡」對「進入模式」則有顯著負面影響。
Mainland China has begun “Chinese economic reform” since 1987. Companies and corporations from many countries, including Taiwan, has been entering China for lowering cost and increasing revenue. Since there are a lot of companies entering, how to choose a best “Entry Mode” becomes a common concerning topic. Because it can leads to a company’s survival and success. Electronics Industry has developed in Taiwan for many years and play an important role in whole world. Consumer Electronics Industry has been thriving up nowadays, so people pay attention on it seriously. This study focuses on when Taiwanese Consumer Electronics Industry companies enter Mainland China encountering an unfamiliar surrounding, how internal technological change and external relational embeddedness and structural embeddedness affect the entry mode they chosen This study analyze the data by Content analysis textual analysis. The results are shown as followings. First, relational embeddedness negatively affects entry mode. Second, structural embeddedness positively affects entry mode.
