核心資源、兩岸分工模式與經營績效關係之研究—以台灣電子業赴中國大陸投資為例

A Study of Relationship among Core Competence, Division of Labor Models and Corporate Performances—An Empirical Study on Taiwan Electronics Industry Investing in Mainland China

摘要


自大陸改革開放以來,兩岸之間不論是政治改革、經貿交流或是外交衝突的議題便不曾停歇,而事實上兩岸的交流也日漸頻繁。中國大陸的快速崛起不僅讓昔日僅感受到軍事威脅的我們,在經濟上也意識到了一個強大競爭者的甦醒。 台灣在多年來高度經濟發展之後,面臨到了轉型的時機,昔日資本與勞力密集的產業漸漸已不適合現況,因此早年由傳統產業領先移往東南亞與中國大陸設廠維繫生存空間;到如今求生存以不再是唯一的理由,中國大陸已經成為企業追求成長卓越的另一個出發點,我們也可發現許多台灣電子業廠商已經在中國大陸投資生根,準備邁向另一個世界的舞台。 然而,我們想要了解台灣的電子產業廠商多半以何種分工的模式赴中國大陸投資,企業是如何權衡兩岸之間的利益與風險,是否跟廠商本身的核心資源(競爭力)有高度的關聯性,是我們值得研究探討的議題。 因此本研究採個案研究法,以台灣電子業中四個不同產業,筆記型電腦產業、液晶顯示器產業、主機板產業以及印刷電路板產業加以研究,並在各產業中選擇二家具代表性企業進行了解。 在經由次級資料的分析與個案探討訪談之後,本研究發現: 一、廠商核心資源為核心輻射型,在兩岸分工模式上可採取經營功能分工。 二、廠商核心資源為核心延伸型,在兩岸分工模式上會傾向經營功能分工或是生產製程分工。 三、廠商核心資源為關鍵成功型,在兩岸分工模式上會傾向產品層次分工。 四、兩岸分工模式以經營功能分工與生產製程分工績效較佳,而產品層次分工績效較差。 最後本研究對於赴大陸投資廠商欲建立與維持長遠競爭優勢,提出看法與建議,並對於在管理與實務上的意涵做說明。

Taiwan after for many years highly economy development, faced with the reforming opportunity, in former days the capital and the labor force crowded industry has gradually not suited present situation, therefore long ago was in the lead by the traditional industry moves supposes the factory toward Southeast Asia and mainland China to maintain the existing space; Until now strove for the survival by no longer was the only reason, mainland China already becomes the enterprise to pursue grows the remarkable another starting point, our also detectable ornamental hairpin h Taiwan electronics industry merchant already took root in mainland China investment, the preparation stepped to another world stage. However, we want to understand Taiwan the electronics industry merchant goes to mainland China investment the division of labor pattern.How does the enterprise is judge between Taiwan and mainland China the benefit and the risk Whether has the high connection with the merchant itself core resources, is we is worth studying the discussion the subject. First, the merchant core resources is the core radiation pattern, may adopt in Taiwan and mainland China division of labor pattern manages function. Second, the merchant core resources for the core extend, can favor management function perhaps the production system regulation division of labor in Taiwan and mainland China division of labor pattern. Third, merchant core resources for the critical success,Can favor the product level division of labor in Taiwan and mainland China division of labor pattern. Fourth, Taiwan and mainland China division of labor pattern manages function and the production system regulation division of labor achievements better, but the product level division of labor achievements are worse.
