樂齡終身學習課程規劃與績效-以臺北公舘松年大學為例

摘要


本研究旨在探討樂齡者終身學習課程的績效與評估,邀請臺北公舘教會松年大學內的牧師、教授、處長、講師、老師、教會長老、教會執事、幹事及前任教務長等專任授課及長期在松大服務的志工共計9位受訪者參與本研究。藉由專家學者焦點座談法,以瞭解松年大學終身學習5大課程策略規劃情形的現狀,進而探討樂齡者參與學習課程之預期效益,以及樂齡者參與松年大學學習課程之預期效益。透過文獻探討,學者專家座談會,教會松年大學實地探訪建議,歸納出以下研究結果: 一、松年大學之課程規劃以每年春季及秋季班二梯次,星期一、三的白天為原則。內容涵蓋五大類:(一)信仰與人生(二)社會與新知(三)文化與藝術(四)醫學與健康(五)事奉與關懷。 二、樂齡者參與學習課程之預期效益包括四個方面:一方面帶動更多人願意信教;二方面學習要輕鬆不能有壓力;三方面修改一些接受度不高,或受眾面不大的課程,以提升學員興趣;四方面培養學員積極正面的生活態度。 三、參與教會松年大學學習之樂齡者,參與學習課程之預期效益包括五個方面:一方面提升對基督教的認同感;二方面連絡互建彼此信任情感,不與社會脫節;三方面慰藉消遣空閒時間;四方面促進健康,預防及延緩失能與失智;五方面強化社會責任感,無私奉獻。

The purpose of this study is to explore the performance and evaluation of lifelong learning courses for the elderly, and invite pastors, professors, directors, lecturers, teachers, church elders, church deacons, officers and former provosts in Taipei Gongguan Sung-Nien University to give full-time lectures and have long-term teaching experience in Sung-Nien University. A total of 9 respondents from university service volunteers participated in this study. Through the focus discussion method of experts and scholars, to understand the current situation of Sung-Nien University 's lifelong learning 5 major courses of strategic planning, and then to explore the expected benefits of the elderly participating in the learning courses, and the expected benefits of the elderly participating in the Sung-Nien University learning courses. Through literature discussion, scholar-expert symposium, and Taipei Gongguan Sung-Nien University field visit suggestions, the following research results are summarized: First, the curriculum planning of Sung-Nien University is based on the principle of two classes every spring and autumn, and the daytime on Mondays and Wednesdays. The content covers five categories: (1) Faith and Life (2) Society and New Knowledge (3) Culture and Art (4) Medicine and Health (5) Service and Care. Second, the expected benefits of the elderly participating in the learning courses include four aspects: on the one hand, more people are willing to believe in religion; on the other hand, learning should be relaxed and not stressful; on the third aspect, some courses that are not well accepted or not well received are revised. in order to enhance students' interest; four aspects to cultivate students' positive attitude towards life. Third, the expected benefits of participating in the Sung-Nien University study program include five aspects: on the one hand, enhancing the sense of identity with Christianity; on the other hand, connecting with each other to build mutual trust and not being out of touch with the society; Time; four aspects to promote health, prevent and delay disability and dementia; five aspects to strengthen social responsibility and selfless dedication.
