本研究旨在探討高雄市立校長領導權力、領導信任與教師工作投入之關係。本研究採用問卷調查法,以高雄市立國民中學正式教師為施測對象,依學校規模大小進行分層隨機抽樣,發出313份問卷,共計回收有效問卷305份,有效回收率為97%,問卷回收後以SPSS for Windows 19.0進行統計資料分析,使用的統計方法包括描述性統計、信度與因素分析及階層迴歸分析。 根據資料分析,歸納本研究結果如下: 一、校長領導權力對教師工作投入具有顯著之影響。 二、校長領導信任對教師工作投入具有顯著之影響。 三、校長領導信任對校長領導權力與教師工作投入之間具有干擾之效果。 最後,根據研究結論,提出相關的研究建議供國民中學校長、教師個 人,及後續研究者參考。
The purpose of this study focused on the relationships among Principal’s Power Bases in Leadership, Trust in Leadership and Teachers’ Job Involvement in junior high schools in Kaohsiung. The questionnaire survey method was adopted in this study. The sample in the study included the junior high school qualified teachers in Kaohsiung. Through stratified random sampling based on the school sizes, a total of 313 questionnaires were distributed to the teachers from 36 schools. Out of the 313 questionnaires, 305 copies were valid, reaching the retrieving rate of 97%. The data were analyzed by SPSS for Windows 19.0, and processed by descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, factor analysis and hierarchical regression According to the results of the data analysis, the following conclusions were derived: 1. Principal’s power bases in leadership significantly influences teachers’ job involvement. 2. Trust in leadership significantly influences teachers’ job involvement. 3. Trust in leadership has a moderating effect upon the influence of principal’s power bases in leadership on teachers’ job involvement. Eventually, based on the above results, some suggestions for principals and teachers, and references for further researchers can be offered by the study.
