本研究旨在探討國民小學教師知覺校長真誠領導與教師信任兩者之關係,並比較不同背景變項下,國民小學教師知覺校長真誠領導、教師信任之現況與差異情形,最後,分析校長真誠領導對教師信任的預測效果。 本研究採用問卷調查法,以台灣地區公立國民小學教師為研究對象,以分層隨機抽樣方法收集資料,問卷共計發放1,200份,回收758份,回收率為63.1%。資料經回收整理之後,以描述性統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、相依樣本變異數分析和多元迴歸分析等統計方法加以探究,本研究結果顯示如下: 一、國民小學教師知覺校長真誠領導整體現況良好,並以「內化道德觀」表現較高。 二、國民小學教師對校長信任現況呈現中等程度。 三、國民小學教師知覺之校長真誠領導,因年齡、職務、教學年資、行政年資與學校位置的不同而有所差異。 四、國民小學教師對校長之信任,因年齡、教學年資、行政年資與學校位置的不同而有所差異。 五、校長真誠領導能正向預測教師信任,其中以「自我覺察」之預測效果最佳。
This study explores the relationship between principal's authentic leadership and teachers’ trust in elementary schools, and researches the differences that occur under various circumstances. Then, this study analyzes the predictability of principal's authentic leadership to teachers’ trust. This study adopts a method of using a questionnaire survey. The samples of this study were 758 elementary schools’ teachers in Taiwan. The outcome is analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Person product-moment correlation, and multiple stepwise regression analysis. The results were as follows: 1. In Elementary Schools, the teachers’ perception of principal's authentic leadership showed a high level, and the scores on the “internalized moral perspective” was the highest. 2. In Elementary Schools, the teachers’ perception of trust in principals showed a medium range. 3. In Elementary Schools, the teachers’ perception of principal's authentic leadership varied with age, position, years of teaching, years of administrative, school scale, and school location. 4. In Elementary Schools, the teachers’ perception of trust in principals varied with age, years of teaching, years of administrative, school scale, and school location. 5. In Elementary Schools, the principal's authentic leadership can positively predict the teachers’ trust, in which, “self-awareness” can more effectively influence the collective teacher efficacy.
