本研究旨在探討國民小學教師知覺校長真誠領導與教師信任兩者之關係。以臺灣地區公立國民小學教師為研究對象,進行問卷調查,得到有效問卷749份,回收率為62.4%。研究結果發現:一、國民小學教師之校長真誠領導整體知覺呈現中上程度,以「內化道德觀」較高。二、國民小學教師對校長信任知覺程度中上。三、主任所知覺校長真誠領導及對校長之信任高於組長與教師;教學年資或行政年資愈久之教師對校長真誠領導知覺及信任程度明顯高於年資較淺的教師;南部地區教師所知覺校長真誠領導及對校長之信任高於中部地區教師。四、校長真誠領導能正向預測教師信任,其中以「自我覺察」之預測效果最佳。針對上述結果,提出相關建議以供參考。
The study aims to explore teacher perception of principals' authentic leadership and its relationship to teachers' trust in elementary schools. The questionnaire survey was used and there were 749 valid cases. The main findings were as follows: 1. Teachers tend to perceive principal's authentic leadership moderately. 2. Teachers seemed to have moderate level trust in their principals. 3. There were significant differences in principals' authentic leadership in terms of teachers' position, years of teaching, years of administrative and school location. 4. There were significant differences in teachers' trust in terms of their years of teaching, years of administrative and school location. 5. Principal's authentic leadership can positively predict teachers' trust. Finally, according to the related findings, the authors provide some suggestions for principals and related institutions.
