兒童課後照顧服務中心經營現況與精進方案之探討

摘要


近年來因為台灣社會家庭型態的改變,許多雙薪家庭的父母都需工作,學齡孩童面臨到下課後家長無法親自照顧及陪同完成功課,為了因應現代家庭的需求,便有兒童課後照顧中心的成立,學童家長們除了可以安心工作,也不用擔心孩童的課業與安全問題。兒童課後照顧中心大多開設在學區附近,因此在國小附近常常可以看到各家兒童課後照顧服務中心林立,如此一來,在相互競爭下,也產生教學品質及削價競爭等問題。 研究結果發現,隨著科技日漸發達,兒童照顧服務中心也開始有轉型的趨勢,而新型態包含了在家自學及組成共學團等,因為新型態的模式尚未發展完全,其效果還需商確,在人員方面,教師每年需固定回訓,提升自我專業知識外,行政人員也需要加強文書能力以及溝通能力,以便協助處理文件以及家長溝通招生上,為滿足家長對學童學科成績的期待,兒童課後照顧中心除保障學童學習的環境安全外,同時也需要輔導學童的學科成績,通常會利用評量或中心自編的教材。目前兒童課後照顧中心發展的機會還是大於威脅,雖然面對少子化衝擊,家長對於兒童課後照顧中心還是有需求,因此,經營者應思考將中心的教學設備更新外,也必須要考量人員的福利,如此一來,中心方能永續經營。

In order to meet the needs of modern families, there is a child care center for children after school. In addition, parents of children can work with peace of mind, and they do not have to worry about their children's schoolwork and safety. Most of the children's after-care centers are located near the school district. Therefore, there are often many children's after-care centers in the vicinity of the elementary school. As a result, under the competition, problems such as teaching quality and price competition also arise. According to the research results found that with the development of science and technology, child care service centers have also begun to transform, and the new forms include self-study at home and the formation of co-learning groups, because the new form has not yet fully developed, and its effects are still It needs to be confirmed. In terms of personnel, teachers need to return to training every year to improve their professional knowledge. Administrative staff also need to strengthen clerical skills and communication skills in order to assist in processing documents and parents' communication and enrollment. It is expected that in addition to ensuring the environmental safety of school children's learning, children's after-school care centers also need to mentor their students' academic results, and usually use assessments or textbooks prepared by the center. At present, the opportunities for children's after-school care centers are greater than threats. Although faced with the impact of fewer children, parents still need children's after-school care centers. Therefore, operators should consider updating the center's teaching equipment and must also consider personnel. In this way, the center can operate sustainably.
