自1995年全民健保險實施以來,各級醫院門診看診壓力持續上升,在智慧型行動電話及行動網路的普及科技的日新月異更加多元化之下,目前各級醫療院所皆提供行動應用程式來改善前來就診民眾之就醫服務,本研究主要目的為藉由運用Davis (1989)科技接受模式理論探討病患使用行動應用程式行為意圖相關影響因素。本研究採取問卷調查法,以前往南部某區域醫院就診民眾,作為問卷發放對象,於109.04.01~109.05.04共發放219份問卷,其中回收有效問卷194份,以電腦統計套裝軟體Windows for SPSS第18中文版作為統計分析工具,針對問卷進行編碼及統計,並使用描述性統計分析、探索性因素分析、獨立t檢定與單因子變異數分析及迴歸分析等方法分析資料。經過此次研究可發現,民眾對於行動應用程式的認知易用性對於認知有用性(路徑係數Beta值為0.637,p值<0.05)有正向影響,認知有用性對於使用態度(路徑係數Beta值為0.119,p值<0.05) 有正向影響、認知易用性對於使用態度(路徑係數Beta值為0.72,p值<0.05)有正向影響、認知有用性對於行動意圖(路徑係數Beta值為0.693,p值<0.05)、使用態度對於行動意圖(路徑係數Beta值為0.693,p值<0.5)有正向影響。本研究的發現對正在劃導入行動應用程式之相關醫療機構,應可具參考價值,並可建置更符合民眾需求之相關應用程式,提高民眾使用行動應用程式之意願進而提高就醫之服務品質。
Since the implementation of the National Health Insurance in 1995, the pressure of outpatient visits in hospitals at all levels has continued to increase. With the popularity of smartphones and mobile networks and the increasing diversification of technology, mobile applications are currently provided by medical institutions at all levels in an attempt to improve medical services for people who come to see a doctor. The study aims to explore the factors related to the behavioral intention of patients using mobile applications by utilizing Davis’ (1989) theory of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM).The questionnaire survey method was adopted in this study in which the questionnaires were distributed to outpatients who sought medical services in southern hospitals of a certain area. A total of 219 questionnaires were passed out from April 1st, 109 to May 4th, 109, among which 194 valid questionnaires were collected. The Computer Statistical Package Software, SPSS for Windows of the 18th Chinese version, served as an analytical tool for statistics to code and count the questionnaires, in which the data were analyzed through Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Exploratory Factor Analysis, Independent Sample T-test, One-Way ANOVA, and Regression Analysis.The result of this study showed that the public’s perceived ease of use of mobile applications had a positive influence on perceived usefulness (path coefficientβis 0.637, p <0.05); perceived usefulness has a positive effect on attitude toward using (path coefficient β is 0.119, p <0.05); perceived ease of use has a positive effect on attitude toward using (path coefficientβis 0.72, p <0.05); perceived usefulness has a positive effect on behavioral intention (path coefficientβis 0.693, p <0.05); attitude toward using has a positive effect on behavioral intention (path coefficientβis 0.693, p <0.5).The findings of this study should be of great value for relevant medical institutions planning to introduce mobile applications to build up relevant applications appealing to the needs of the public, increasing the willingness of the public to use mobile applications and improving the quality of medical services.
