本研究目的探討南部陸軍某部隊志願役士官職涯規劃之影響。應用SPSS統計軟體分析描述性統計、T-test 、ANOVA、迴歸分析,抽樣方法:在抽樣設計以任職於陸軍部隊士官為研究群體,以南部陸軍某部隊下轄若干旅、營、連、排、班及組之連級基層單位。為提昇現況調查資料的可信度,問卷調查採集群抽樣方法,依據亂數表隨機抽取3個單位,每個單位抽取55人,共計施測165人,扣除無效樣本14份,共得有效樣本數151份。經統計分析顯示以男性、31(含)歲以上、已婚、常備役、中士為主、不同性別在服役期間對職涯規劃目標之重要性達顯著差異、不同年齡在服役期間對職涯規劃目標之重要性達顯著差異、專業技術與個人成長因素在服役期間對職涯規劃目標之重要性達顯著影響,以提供未來志願役士官職涯規劃之研究。
The purpose of this study is about the influence of the career planning of volunteer non-commissioned officers in an Army unit in Southern China. Descriptive statistics, T-test and ANOVA, regression analysis, were made by SPSS statistical software. Sampling methods: the non-commissioned officers, at levels of brigade, battalion, company, platoon, class and group, serving in an Army unit in Southern China, were used as basic research unit. In order to enhance the credibility of the current survey data, according to the random number table, 3 units were randomly selected, and 55 people were selected from each unit, 165 persons in total. By eliminating 14 invalid samples, 151 valid samples were obtained. The statistical analysis shows that male officers who are over 31 (including) years old, married, standing in reserve and being mainly sergeant, have significant difference in career planning objective importance by different gender; have significant difference in career planning objective importance by different age; have significant difference in career planning objective importance by different professional technology and personal growth factors. The study provides reference for the future research on volunteer non-commissioned officers career planning.
