護理應屆畢業生投入護理工作之研究分析

摘要


醫療行業本是一項很神聖可以幫助生病的人生命延續的行業,因是攸關生命的工作,工作壓力大、護理人力不足、傳染病疫情發展、潛在醫療糾紛等,種種因素導致護理師的職業率是相對低迷,激發研究者想探討護理應屆畢業生,對於預期工作壓力、護理專業承諾與投入職場有無相關性進行深入探討於研究。 本研究主要目的是探討護理系應屆畢業生,對於預期性工作壓力、護理專業承諾與投入職場之關係。本研究問卷調查法進行研究,問卷擬定量表有基本資料、預期工作壓力、護理專業承諾與就業意願共四個部分,問卷發放採便利取樣以及網路問卷的方式,問卷回收269份,經檢視問卷填答結果,經剔除其中11份不完整之無效問卷,總計獲得有效問卷258份,可用率占回收問卷之95.9%,接者以SPSS統計軟體進行資料處理以及分析如(表面效度、項目分析、信度檢定、獨立T檢定、單因子變數分析、相關性分析、線性回歸分析)以驗證本研究所提之相關性假設。研究得到以下結果並提供相關單位參考: 一、不同背景變項之護理應屆畢業生在預期工作壓力上並無顯著差異。 二、不同背景變項之護理應屆畢業生在專業承諾上有部分顯著差異。 三、不同背景變項之護理應屆畢業生在個人特質上對就業意願上有部分顯著差異。 四、應屆畢業生其預期性工作壓力對就業意願並無顯著影響。 五、應屆畢業生專業承諾對就業意願有正向且顯著的影響。

The medical industry is a very sacred industry that can help the continuation of the life of the sick. Because it is a life-related work, the work pressure is high, the nursing manpower is insufficient, the development of infectious diseases, potential medical disputes, etc. The relatively sluggish occupation rate has inspired researchers to explore the relationship between expected job stress, nursing professional commitment, and career involvement in recent nursing graduates. The main purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among nursing graduates' anticipatory work stress, professional commitment to nursing, and workplace engagement. This research adopts the method of questionnaire survey. The scale of the questionnaire has four parts: basic information, expected work pressure, nursing professional commitment and employment willingness. The questionnaire is distributed by convenient sampling and online questionnaire. After reviewing the results of the questionnaires, after excluding 11 incomplete and invalid questionnaires, a total of 258 valid questionnaires were obtained, and the availability rate accounted for 95.9% of the returned questionnaires. SPSS statistical software was used for data processing and analysis such as (face validity, Item analysis, reliability test, independent T test, single factor variable analysis, correlation analysis, linear regression analysis) to verify the correlation hypothesis proposed in this study. The study obtained the following results and provided relevant unit references:Nursing graduates with different backgrounds are not valid in terms of expected work pressures. 1. There is no significant difference in the expected work pressure of nursing graduates with different background variables. 2. There are some significant differences in professional commitment among fresh nursing graduates with different background variables. 3. Nursing fresh graduates with different background variables have some significant differences in personal characteristics and employment intentions. 4. The expected work pressure of fresh graduates has no significant effect on their employment intention. 5. The professional commitment of fresh graduates has a positive and significant impact on employment intention.
